Sala macchine molto attrezzata, ce n'é per tutti i gusti dal bodyweight alle macchine più tradizionali, personale molto simpatico e si vede che ha un rapporto molto forte con i clienti Contro: attrezzatura antiquata, alcune cose sono un po' fai da te. Nelle ore di punta penso possa essere piuttosto piena visto che non é molto grande. Pros: central gym with lots of courses in a nice room, and when it's free it's usable by those who train in the gym. A very well equipped engine room, there is something for everyone from bodyweight to more traditional machines, very nice staff and you can see that he has a very strong relationship with customers Cons: outdated equipment, some things are a little DIY. At peak times I think it can be quite full since it's not very big.

I corsi offerti sono vari. Le titolari sono molto disponibili e ben preparate per una scheda individualizzata. Gym on two floors. The lower floor houses the fitness equipment, the upper floor is equipped for cardio fitness and gymnastics courses. The courses offered are varied. The owners are very helpful and well prepared for an individualized card.
I	Iacopo Tona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala pesi ottima, personale lento (50 minuti per una registrazione) e poco disponibile; infatti a causa di un cambio università ho avuto necessità di ricondignare il token che apre in cancelletto della palestra ( token che se non viene consegnato prevede la perdita di una caparra). Sono andato a consegnarlo il giorno nel quale sono andato a portare via le mie cose dall'appartamento (sabato); il dipendente alle reception mi ha detto che assolutamente non poteva prenderlo quel giorno e mi ha detto di tornare lunedì. Dopo avergli spiegato che non sarei mai più tornato, per pigrizia, ha continuato a negarmi la riconsegna del token non volendo averne a che fare. 1 stella meritata Excellent weight room, slow staff (50 minutes for a registration) and not very helpful; in fact, due to a university change, I needed to return the token that opens in the gym gate (token that if not delivered involves the loss of a deposit). I went to deliver it the day I went to take my things away from the apartment (Saturday); the employee at the reception told me absolutely could not take it that day and told me to come back on Monday. After explaining to him that I would never come back, out of laziness, he continued to deny me the return of the token, not wanting to have anything to do with it. 1 star deserved

Una palestra alla mano, veri attrezzi sala pesi, dove il risultato è garantito. Corsi con istruttori preparati che ti fanno sentire a proprio agio. Consigliata. Palestra per gente vera... I have been attending this gym for over 10 years and I can say that availability, flexibility, courtesy and cheerfulness are at home. A gym in hand, real weight room equipment, where the result is guaranteed. Courses with trained instructors that make you feel at ease. Recommended. Gym for real people ...

Zero comprensione per chi è alle prime armi. Not recommended for those who are not really gym experts. To be avoided for those who do not want to be a body builder or in any case be at a high level. Zero understanding for beginners.

I prezzi sono abbordabilissimi, perché alla fatidica somma di 400€ hai accesso alla sala pesi e a tutti i corsi, cosa mai vista prima! Unica pecca è quella che certe volte servirebbe più di un istruttore. Comunque palestra consigliatissima per chi volesse iniziare e per chi è già nel mondo del bodybuilding Very well equipped gym with friendly, helpful and competent instructors. The prices are very affordable, because for the fateful sum of € 400 you have access to the weight room and to all the courses, something never seen before! The only flaw is that sometimes it would take more than one instructor. However, a highly recommended gym for those who want to start and for those already in the world of bodybuilding
