Vorrei solo sapere il mio pacco quando arriverà...ma vedo che sono aperti e non rispondono...spero sia una svista estiva..aspetto speranzosa in una loro risposta e SPERO ARRIVI IL MIO ORDINE
 I have always bought from them and they have always been impeccable. 15 days ago I made an order and then disappeared. nobody answers the phone, the website is inaccessible and they don't answer my emails. I would just like to know my parcel when it will arrive ... but I see that they are open and not responding ... I hope it is a summer oversight .. I hope for a reply and I HOPE ARRIVE MY ORDER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto fornito...non più di altri...la proprietaria ogni volta che entri sembra voglia venderti l'intero negozio...oggi però ha perso una cliente...dopo aver comprato l'occorrente per la festa di mia figlia ho comprato due piccole trombette per carnevale (80 centesimi) che alla prova immediata non funzionavano...al suo posto li avrei cambiati...lei ha detto che non "poteva mica provarle tutte? No?" A fronte però di una spesa cospicua io avrei fatto diversamente...molto scortese!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastico negozio, seppur piccino è super rifornito per decorazioni per le feste. Consiglio in particolar modo le composizioni di palloncini! Inoltre stampano qulasiasi immagine da applicare sulle torte!! Bravi!!!
Great shop, albeit small and super stocked for party decorations. I especially recommend the balloon arrangements! They also print any image to apply on the cakes !! Well done !!!
