Alessandro, penso il titolare, molto gentile è disponibile. Il personale sembra professionale e, certamente, molto sincronizzato con automatismi collaudati. Hanno lavorato in tre alla mia auto ed in meno di mezz'ora hanno cambiato 4 gomme comprese di valvole, equilibratura, convergenza, scheda. Lascio in sospeso 2 stelle perché prima del cambio gomme la mia macchina, a causa del cambio dei braccetti e tiranti all'anteriore, "tirava" a destra e per andare dritto dovevo ruotare il volante leggermente a sinistra (problema riferito al personale prima del cambio gomme). Dopo il cambio gomme la macchina tira a sinistra con il volante che ruota da solo vs sinistra. L'ho riportata subito ma, dopo un controllo, mi hanno detto che geometricamente è tutto a posto e che forse il problema è meccanico - ma quello credevo di averlo già risolto - e di riportarla in officina. Cosa che farò quanto prima. Mi riservo, quindi, di modificare il giudizio - anche dell'officina presso la concessionaria Volkswagen - appena avrò appurato chi ha ragione. I prezzi cmq sono assolutamente concorrenziali. Nel prezzo è praticamente tutto compreso, anche il costo di 2 eventuali forature. I found this tire service association on the internet and this is the closest to home. I ordered the tires by phone with Mr. Alessandro, I think the owner, is very kind. The staff seems professional and, of course, very synchronized with proven automatisms. They worked three on my car and in less than half an hour they changed 4 tires including valves, balancing, convergence, card. I leave 2 stars in suspense because before the tire change my car, due to the change of the arms and tie rods to the front, "pulled" to the right and to go straight I had to turn the steering wheel slightly to the left (problem reported to the staff before the change rubbers). After the tire change, the car pulls to the left with the steering wheel that rotates alone to the left. I immediately brought it back but, after a check, they told me that everything is geometrically correct and that perhaps the problem is mechanical - but I thought I had already solved it - and brought it back to the workshop. Which I will do as soon as possible. I therefore reserve the right to change the judgment - even of the workshop at the Volkswagen dealership - as soon as I have found out who is right. The cmq prices are absolutely competitive. The price is practically all inclusive, even the cost of 2 punctures.
