Quella del Professore è un giardino tipico Sorrentino, ove in nome di una economia da autoconsumo e autosufficienza , si piantava in giardino di tutto. Olive , viti, agrumi, frutti vari, affiancati da un orto sempre vivo. Oggi gli indirizzi di protocollo voglio la limonaia secondo canoni, e il Professore ha adeguato parte del territorio consociandosi in cooperativa Solagri, fornitrice di limoncello internazionale dalla MSC alla Martini e Rossi.
