La signorina Stefania, che si occupa dell' organizzazione eventi è una persona gentilissima, dolce, disponibilissima e molto professionale. Ha subito capito cosa cercavo e mi ha proposto una location a dir poco deliziosa: "Villino Manina", pieno centro Vomero, eppure tranquilla; sufficientemente grande, ma non dispersiva; curata e raffinata nei particolari; terrazzo/giardino bello e fresco, molto suggestiva di sera; musica in sottofondo, mai fastidiosa. La signorina Valentina, responsabile della struttura, è una persona simpatica, seria, competente e sempre pronta ad andare incontro alle esigenze degli utenti. Il personale tutto, messo a disposizione dalla Happy Day e dalla struttura, si è rivelato all' altezza del compito, dimostrandosi scrupoloso, bravo, abile, educato e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, sempre sorridendo. Il menù è stato abbondante e soddisfacente: piatti di ottima qualità presentati ad arte, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Il prezzo è risultato adeguato e inoltre, le organizzatrici hanno ulteriormente scontato il costo dell' evento sul totale! Tutti gli ospiti sono rimasti colpiti in positivo e abbiamo fatto una bellissima figura. Miss Stephanie, who is engaged in 'Event organization is a very kind person, sweet, extremely available and very professional. He immediately understood what I was looking for and gave me a delightful location to say the least: "Villino Manina", the center Vomero, yet quiet; sufficiently large, but not dispersive; attention to detail and refined; beautiful and fresh terrace / garden, very suggestive in the evening; music in the background, never annoying. Miss Valentina, responsible, is a nice person structure, serious, competent and always ready to meet the needs of users. The whole staff, made available by Happy Day and by the structure, turned out to be at the height of the task, proving to be scrupulous, skilled, skilled, polite and ready to satisfy every need, always smiling. The menu was hearty and satisfying: high quality food, presented artfully, from appetizers to desserts. La festa è stata un successo, l'organizzazione precisa e impeccabile, curata nel dettaglio, ha fatto si che gli ospiti si sentissero a proprio agio soddisfacendo anche alcune particolari esigenze. La scelta degli allestimenti perfetti per l'ambiente che li ospitava, l'efficienza del personale e la professionalità della manager hanno contribuito a rendere speciale il compleanno di mia figlia. I turned to the Happy Day Events & Receptions for the 18th of my daughter to celebrate on the terrace of her home. The party was a success, the precise and impeccable organization, taken care of in detail, made the guests feel at ease, satisfying even some particular needs. Garanzia e professionalità... a partire dai ricchi menu e dai stupendi allestimenti a tema , Stefania non lascia mai nulla al caso persona precisa e meticolosa !! Ero presente quando mia sorella ha concordato proprio con Stefania i dettagli di una festa che si è svolta il 3 maggio, presso il villino Manina. La metà delle promesse fatte non è stata mantenuta: non c'erano fiori freschi sui tavoli, non c'era "servizio al braccio" per le bevande, il cibo era scarso, anche se avevamo pattuito e pagato per 50 persone ed eravamo solo 37 ( chiesto un bis alle miniporzioni di pasta, è stato subito detto che era finita), chi era più lontano dal centro del giardino non era servito, ma il peggio è stato il momento della torta, era MINUSCOLA, con conseguenti fettine formato ostia ( al punto che ci siamo vergognati con gli ospiti e non abbiamo fatto foto dello spegnimento delle candeline), lo spumante servito solo al festeggiato, alla moglie ed alla figlia... e gli altri..a guardare... bicchieri impilati e non riempiti... non si sa che fine abbia fatto lo spumante!!! Tutto perché Stefania NON SI È MAI VISTA, nonostante avesse detto che sarebbe stata presente per tutto il tempo.... Siamo molto deluse, una cifra notevole spesa per un servizio del tutto insufficiente.... Se volete fare una festa a villa Manina..... scegliete un altro catering!!!!!! I read many positive reviews for this catering service, especially for the organizer Stefania and I am really surprised. I was present when my sister agreed with Stefania the details of a party that took place on May 3, at the Manina cottage. Half of the promises made were not kept: there were no fresh flowers on the tables, there was no "arm service" for drinks, food was scarce, even though we had agreed and paid for 50 people and we were only 37 (asked for an encore to the mini portions of pasta, it was immediately said that it was finished), whoever was farther from the center of the garden was not served, but the worst was the moment of the cake, it was TINY, with consequent wafer-shaped slices (al point that we were ashamed with the guests and we did not take pictures of the blowing out of the candles), the sparkling wine served only to the birthday boy, to his wife and daughter ... and the others ... to watch ... glasses stacked and not filled. .. it is not known what happened to the sparkling wine !!! All because Stefania HAS NEVER SEEN HER, despite having said that she would be present all the time .... We are very disappointed, a considerable amount spent for a completely inadequate service .... If you want to have a party at Villa Manina ..... choose another catering !!!!!!
