Prima di utilizzarli li ho lavati ed è venuto via il colore........non è vetro colorato ma verniciato????
I bought several products but DISAPPOINTING red glasses and not to be taken ABSOLUTELY NOT TO BUY????.
Before using them I washed them and the color came off ........ it is not colored glass but painted????

Ho cercato di far valere i miei diritti ma l’unica soluzione offertami è stata quella di rendere L’albero dopo che avevo speso oltre 150 euro tra albero e palline. Attenzione al cliente e agli errori (propri) pari a zero! Non tornerò mai più. Mi hanno fatto andare via offeso e scontento
I bought a Christmas tree, exhibited price 34.99. Cash price 49.99.
I tried to assert my rights but the only solution offered me was to return the tree after I had spent over 150 euros on tree and balls. Attention to the customer and zero (own) errors! I will never go back. They made me leave offended and discontented
