Il personale è qualificato e pronto ad aiutarti. All'estero cè la piccola area giochi ideale per lasciare i pargoli una mezzoretta per riflettere sugli acquisti. Consigliato.
 It may appear small but this shop is split level. The lower floor is quite large and includes a large assortment of products. The staff is qualified and ready to help you. Abroad there is the small play area ideal for leaving the little ones for half an hour to reflect on purchases. Recommended.

Selbst ein 2 Minuten Telefonat erledigen die Mitarbeiter nicht, um die mindesten Hilfeleistung zu tätigen. Tauschen kaputte Geräte nicht um, trotz Quittung.
Worst electronics store I have ever been to. Zero customer friendliness! Won't even help you with a small exchange. Even a 2 minute phone call is not done by the staff to provide the least assistance. Do not exchange broken devices, despite the receipt.
