★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio quasi vuoto, urto un contenitore in vetro contenitore posizionato male sullo scaffale, scivola via, cerco di afferrarlo al volo ma cade e si rompe...!
Attendo una commessa per spiegarle l'accaduto e chiederle scusa per l'accaduto e Lei, gentilmente, mi dice che sono cose che possono accadere.
Mi offro di pagare, comunque, il contenitore rotto del valore di poco più di 4 euro e Lei, che è una nuova dipendente, mi rimanda alla cassa.
Diventa così, quasi un affare di stato...!
Continuo i miei giri per gli acquisti, ero lì per questo e così è stato.
Una volta arrivato in cassa per pagare i miei acquisti, la cassiera, anch'egli gentilissima, mi chiede di attendere disposizioni dalla direzione e che, per Lei, non occorreva pagare e che avrebbero trovato sicuramente il modo, una soluzione, ma comunque dovevo attendere.
Ecco che arriva il responso....
Si, devo pagare (come giusto che sia, chi rompe paga)....!
Ciò che mi lascia perplesso, però, è la modalità, da sceriffi, applicata per il problema che ho prontamente segnalato, restando, peraltro, in attesa della commessa prima e proseguendo con i miei acquisti poi in un locale praticamente vuoto!
Perplessità confermata dai volti dei due dipendenti per un articolo posizionato, secondo me, in bilico, uno sull'altro, sullo scaffale e che, dunque poteva cadere da lì.
Morale della favola?
Credo non tornerò in questo centro, ma sicuramente andrò altrove..., sempre in Happy Casa Store ma non qui dove ho avvertito pochissima sensibilità verso il cliente e, ripensando al locale vuoto, forse, ora, ne comprendo la desolazione!

However, I offer to pay for the broken container worth just over 4 euros and she, who is a new employee, sends me back to the cashier.
It becomes almost a state affair ...!
I continue my shopping rounds, I was there for this and so it was.
Once I arrive at the cashier to pay for my purchases, the cashier, also very kind, asks me to wait for instructions from the management and that, for her, there was no need to pay and that they would surely have found a way, a solution, but in any case I had to wait .
Here comes the response ....
Yes, I have to pay (as it should be, whoever breaks pays) ....!
What perplexes me, however, is the sheriff's modality applied to the problem that I promptly reported, remaining, however, waiting for the order first and continuing with my purchases then in a practically empty room!
Confirmed perplexity by the faces of the two employees for an article positioned, in my opinion, hovering, one on top of the other, on the shelf and which, therefore, could fall from there.
Moral of the story?
I think I will not return to this center, but I will certainly go elsewhere ..., always in Happy Casa Store but not here where I felt very little sensitivity towards the customer and, thinking back to the empty room, perhaps, now, I understand the desolation!

Avevo dimenticato un prodotto acquistato alla cassa, ho chiamato e lo hanno tenuto da parte per me. Il personale preparato e ho acquistato volentieri per ben 2 volte. Si, onestamente soddisfatta.
. I'm from Modena and I just accidentally discovered this store. I was struck by the breadth and assortment of goods. I forgot a product I bought at the checkout, I called and they saved it for me. The staff trained and I happily bought 2 times. Yes, honestly satisfied.
