Questa mattina ho fatto notare ad una ragazza che stava rifornendo uno scaffale di giocattoli, che, in una busta trasparente contenente animaletti di plastica, ne mancavano chiaramente due su sei. Mi è stato seccamente risposto di rimettere la busta al suo posto se non volevo comprarla. Io, per la verità ne avevo già presa una completa e volevo rendere un servizio facendo una segnalazione. Pazienza se un altro acquirente comprerà la busta incompleta! Una settimana fa, inoltre ho chiesto sempre ad un' addetta al rifornimento degli scaffali dov' era un particolare oggetto natalizio solo per potermi orientare. Mi è stato risposto di cercare nel reparto. Grazie, non ci avevo pensato! Alle dieci del mattino, questo personale è già così stanco di affrontare problemi tanto difficili?! Forse non sanno che si potrebbero usare frasi più cortesi tipo: Mi spiace ma non sono io l'addetta/o. Dovrebbe rivolgersi ad un altro collega. C'è tutta una gamma di espressioni cortesi da poter usare anche coi clienti più noiosi. I was curtly told to put the envelope back if I didn't want to buy it. Actually, I had already taken a complete one and I wanted to render a service by making a report. Patience if another buyer will buy the incomplete envelope! A week ago, I also always asked a shelf restocker where a particular Christmas object was just to be able to orient myself. I was told to search the ward. Thanks, I hadn't thought of that! At ten in the morning, are these staff already so tired of dealing with such difficult problems ?! Maybe they don't know that more polite phrases could be used like: I'm sorry but I'm not the clerk. You should go to another colleague. There is a whole range of polite expressions that you can use even with the most boring customers.
