HANA Ristorante Giapponese

Allora premetto che il sushi non mi piace, e non é il posto per me, ma ho portato la mia ragazza e amici e loro sono rimasti abbastanza soddisfatti sul cibo, il locale é molto bello. Servizio abbastanza celere, non metto 5 stelle perché, nel menu alcune foto non rispecchiano per nulla il piatto come ad esempio i tacos di pollo, la quantità di patatine nel piatto era ridicola.. é un all you can eat ma le quantità in un singolo piatto sono davvero poche, senza esagerare avevo 10 patatine contate dentro.. al secondo ordine ho dovuto ordinare x 4 per avere una porzione decente. Detto questo lascio 4 stelle perche chi é amante del pesce e quant' altro comunque é un buon ristorante

Una buona esperienza,se ti piace la cucina fuori continente credo questo posto sia adatto a farti assaporare una vasta scelta di piatti oriental sushi con formula all you can heat. Ho trovato un buon servizio e un accurata pulizia unica cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso è il sapore poco deciso del salmone e del tonno. Continuate su questa strada...

Bel posto, camerieri italiani, crudi ottimi. Dei tanti da me provati non è al primo posto ma nei primi 3... bravi continuate così

Che dire.....non ho parole ottimo ristorante giapponese a Cerignola...con una varietà vasta di piatti. L'unica cosa che il fine settimana la sera prima che arrivano i piatti passano 45 Min.... d'altronde e normale per il fine settimana. Consigliatissimo.

We are traveling and needed to grab a bite along the way to Napoli, since we were about halfway. There was only us and one other table. We waited a tad over 20 minutes just for the server to come to us, and he kept making eye contact and walking away. Finally, he came to our table. Originally we were going to order by the roll, but the server convinced us to do the all you can eat option. My boyfriend ordered 2 rolls with shrimp, and I ordered 2 different salmon rolls and 2 orders of salmon nigiri. However, I'm allergic to shrimp. Some of my boyfriend's rolls were correct, but I only got one of my rolls and one order of salmon nigiri. The same server dropped off food for another table at ours then came back for it. A few tables had been sat for about 10-15 minutes and they started raising their hands to be seen, and he again looked at them and walked right past. An extra crunch roll, which we didn't order, was dropped off not long after. I tried getting the server's attention since I was obviously still hungry but he ignored me as before. It took another 15-20 minutes before I was able to order again. Thankfully the food came quickly once the order was placed, but getting to place your order is a different story. I have only written two bad reviews, this being one of them. Terrible service, the waiters seriously need a manager to tell the two boys what the heck to do. Overall, I just felt the server was airheaded and clueless. Had the server just communicated instead of looking directly at you then walking away, I might've been more understanding after so many times of him doing that. They definitely needed at least two servers instead of one server and one food runner, especially with so many tables towards the end for the lunch rush.
