β β β β β Rosario runs a very welcoming Osterie/Hostaria with a creative menu and an amazing wine list. This is a place for locals in the powerful agricultural belt of Foggia/Puglia and a perfect lunch spot us after a visit to Mont Sant Angelo on our way back to Trani.

β β β β β I want to give 6 stars but 5 is the rating limit! We returned to this Enoteca hsving eaten here 3 years ago. The trio of tuna is lovely and indeed like having three dishes. It is not on the menu so always good to ask for the seasonal dishes. The slow cooked beef is fabulous has amazing dishes. Be sure to leave room for desserts: itβs tiramisu is stunning and each bite is a burst of espresso. Pizza di Ricotta is moist in the center and served with warm crema. The wine collection is huge so the best is to ask the very nice owner for advice.

Amazingly fresh seafood paired with great choice of wines and - above all - super friendly team including the owner himself who is always there to take care of all your wishes.. couldn't wish for more for my birthday celebration. Would definitely come back if I lived closer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
