F	Fabio Locatelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente del posto è incredibile non rispetta le precedenze della strada ,lasciano le macchine come se ci fossero solo loro, trattano con sufficienza i turisti ,chiedi informazioni per una destinazione che stai cercando e nessuno sa' dove sia e poi dopo 50 metri trovi il posto che stavi cercando ,complimentoni. The locals are incredible, they do not respect the precedence of the road, they leave their cars as if there were only them, they treat tourists with disdain, you ask for information for a destination you are looking for and nobody knows where it is and then after 50 meters you find the place you were looking for, congratulations.
v	vito moretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ragazzo frequentavo questa meravigliosa terra poiché i miei villeggiavano a S.Sabina. Carovigno nonostante la sua bellezza ,era deserta. Son ritornato in questi giorni ,dopo tanti anni,ho ritrovato una Cittadina che ha trovato la voglia di cambiare, una piazza piena di turisti , il fantastico Castello che ospita una manifestazione di alto profilo,Piano lab, manifestazione fantastica alla quale ho partecipato. Bravi amici di Carovigno, non meritavate quel deserto. As a boy I frequented this wonderful land as my parents used to vacation in S. Sabina. Despite its beauty, Carovigno was deserted. I returned in these days, after many years, I found a town that has found the desire to change, a square full of tourists, the fantastic Castle that hosts a high-profile event, Piano lab, a fantastic event in which I participated. Good friends of Carovigno, you didn't deserve that desert.
P	PACIFICO GUATTEO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica 09/08/2020 purtroppo ho preso una multa per divieto di sosta, zona Torre Sabina. Il problema caro Signor Sindaco, non è la multa fine a se stessa, quanto la mancanza di strutture atte ad avitarla la multa ! Premetto che sono un turista che dal Nord sono venuto ad ammirare la Vostra meravigliosa terra ! Se non avete parcheggi o non create zone per agevolare non solo noi turisti, ma anche i Vostri cittadini che alla domenica si recano sulle Vostre spiagge, mi spiega dove poter parcheggiare ? È inutile mandare i vigili a compiere l' ingrato compito di distribuire multe a caso , dove vi sono auto parcheggiate che addirittura limitano od impediscono la manovra. Dovreste avere a mio avviso più buon senso, soprattutto in periodi come questi ! Sono rammaricato perché pur parcheggiando lontano ed in una via dove non creava disagio alla viabilità, sono stato multato ugualmente, mentre dove vi erano le auto ammassate il nulla ! In my opinion you should have more common sense, especially in times like these! Non siete in grado di organizzare la raccolta rifiuti per i turisti? Almeno fate rimuovere i cumuli di rifiuti in stile Terra dei Fuochi. Terra magnifica, ti auguro di splendere. Villeggio in Santa Sabina for 40 years, last year the town was a wedding favor, well-kept, this year it has returned to its usual oblivion. Are you unable to organize waste collection for tourists? At least get the landfires style trash piles removed. Magnificent land, I wish you to shine.
S	SimoCoccoeVaniglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percorrendo la strada che da Brindisi porta ad Ostuni io e mio marito abbiamo visto una torretta carina e abbiamo pensato di uscire per vederla da vicino. La torre era a Punte grosse nel comune di Carovigno. Nel percorso con tanto di cartelli marroni indicanti località turistiche, ci hanno fermato due vigili maleducatissimi (un uomo e una donna sulla 60ina) che senza nemmeno salutarci con arroganza ci hanno detto che dovevano farci la multa perché non avevamo rispettato il divieto di transito. Gli abbiamo detto che non avevamo proprio fatto caso a questo cartello e che ci saremmo rigirati immediatamente, anche perché prima di questo divieto non ci sono parcheggi per poter lasciare la macchina quindi se uno vuole proseguire a piedi come fa? Una persona di buon senso ci avrebbe dato il beneficio del dubbio che eravamo in buona fede. Invece in questa situazione sembrava che erano lì apposta per fare cassa.... Ora a noi 60 € non ci cambiano la vita ma se questo è l'atteggiamento con cui accogliete i turisti fatevi due domande se poi la gente sceglie di non venire a visitare il vostro paese. NON FERMATEVI A VISITARE CAROVIGNO Along the road that leads from Brindisi to Ostuni, my husband and I saw a pretty tower and we thought we would go out to see it up close. The tower was in Punte grosse in the municipality of Carovigno. Along the way, complete with brown signs indicating tourist locations, we were stopped by two very rude policemen (a man and a woman in the 60s) who, without even greeting us arrogantly, told us that they had to pay us a fine because we had not respected the ban on transit. We told him that we hadn't really noticed this sign and that we would have turned around immediately, also because before this prohibition there are no parking spaces to leave the car so if one wants to continue on foot, how do you do it? A person of common sense would have given us the benefit of the doubt that we were in good faith. Instead in this situation it seemed that they were there on purpose to make cash .... Now 60 € does not change our lives but if this is the attitude with which you welcome tourists, ask yourself two questions if people choose not to come to visit your country. DO NOT STOP TO VISIT CAROVIGNO

Ieri sera bellissima passeggiata in un finalmente valorizzato centro storico che non ha niente da invidiare alla vicina Ostuni. Quello che mi chiedo però ogni anno, e quest'anno ancora di più, è come fanno gli abitanti del luogo a tollerare e non denunciare una situazione immondizia per le strade, nelle pinete e sulle spiagge, di questa portata. Le bellezze naturali di questo luogo vanno rispettate e protette. I have been linked to this place for some years and, every summer, I spend a wonderful week in Carovigno and its surroundings. Last night a beautiful walk in a finally enhanced historic center that has nothing to envy to nearby Ostuni. But what I ask myself every year, and this year even more, is how the locals do to tolerate and not report a garbage situation on the streets, in the pine forests and on the beaches, of this magnitude. The natural beauty of this place must be respected and protected.
