Ora mi chiedo: come fa un' insegnante a fare un errore del genere? Che vergogna! Forse le ragazze sarebbero state più capaci. I don't know how the people of this place call themselves "TEACHERS". Io mi trovo molto bene...usano prodotti buonissimi che si possono acquistare anche nel negozio accanto ed i prezzi sono più bassi oltre il 50% rispetto ai negozi di parrucchieri. Mi chiamo Luca Salomoni l'artefice della recensione estremamente negativa alla Hair S.N.C. Le spiego in breve l'accaduto. Lunedi 15 febbraio mia moglie prende appuntamento per tagliare i capelli a mia figlia di 13 anni. L'appuntamento viene dato per il 16 febbraio alle 16:55/17:00. Mi presento con mia figlia in negozio alle 17:03 ,quindi con un lieve ritardo ,credo fisiologico visto i lavori in corso su via Bologna. Siamo stati accolti da una delle sue dipendenti dicendo che erano già andate via tutte le tirocinanti e stavano già pulendo. Per questo motivo siamo stati invitati ad andarcene. In un periodo come questo credo non sia buona cosa trattare la gente in questo modo e perdere due clienti in un colpo solo. Mia moglie è cliente da più di un anno. Se vuole ulteriori delucidazioni in merito all'accaduto sono disponibile anche a parlare personalmente con lei. Colgo l'occasione per augurarle una buona serata restando amareggiato per come è stata trattata mia figlia. Extremely rude staff, highly discouraged. I don't put zero stars because I'm not allowed. On Monday 15th February my wife makes an appointment to cut my 13 year old daughter's hair. The appointment is given for February 16 at 16: 55/17: 00. I show up with my daughter in the shop at 17:03, so with a slight delay, I think physiological given the work in progress on via Bologna. We were greeted by one of her employees saying that all the trainees had already left and were already cleaning. For this reason we have been invited to leave.
