Minimo che potevo chiedere è 3000 euro. Acettai 3000 che avrei restituito in pochi mesi. 1.500€ immediatamente perché non mi servivano. Altri 1.500€ in pochi mesi x comodità. Ho lavoro a tempo indeterminato e lavoro 10 anni nella ditta. Addetto è stato scortese . Più volte mi ha ripetuto che se serve qualcosa mi chiederà lui inzittendomi .Mai un sorriso . Lavora x simpatia.Ha messo in dubbio rilascio della mia carta d'identità dicendo che deve chiamare comune x le verifiche. Insisteva perché non ho residenza dove vivo attualmente. Rimandando la pratica al giorno dopo che andata finire male . Aiuto riffiutato e x sapere il perché dovrò aspettare lettera inviatami all'indirizzo di residenza(che è da l'altra parte d'Italia) e non domicilio. Brutta esperienza ,nessuno dei miei amici lo consiglierei. I put a star so that we can not put less. I asked for a loan of € 1,500 for the purchase of the refrigerator which was impossible. Minimum I could ask for is 3000 euros. I accepted 3,000 which I would return in a few months. 1,500 € immediately because I didn't need them. Another 1,500 € in a few months for convenience. I have a permanent job and I work for 10 years in the company. Clerk was rude. Several times he repeated to me that if I need something he will ask me and shut me up. Never a smile. He works for sympathy. He questioned the release of my ID card saying he has to call common for checks. He insisted that I have no residence where I currently live. Postponing the practice until the day after it went badly. Refused help and x to know why I will have to wait for a letter sent to my address (which is on the other side of Italy) and not my domicile. Bad experience, none of my friends would recommend it.

Il personale veramente sgarbato mi ha detto che dovevo attendere gli altri appuntamenti se volevo essere servito. Ridicoli. Neanche scusati. Cafoni e maleducati. I make an appointment, I take half an hour from work and when I arrive at the Compass I wait an hour to be told that they had not marked the appointment. Really rude staff told me I had to wait for other appointments if I wanted to be served. Ridiculous. Not even sorry. Naughty and rude.
