M	Margherita Baccanelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandata da un'amica alla quale aveva richiesto alcuni nominativi in cambio di un trattamento gratuito sono andata e essendomi trovata discretamente bene ho deciso di fare la tesserina da 100€×12trattamenti (molto convivente, se non fosse che in primo periodo covid non lo accettava e quindi ho dovuto pagare come da listino, che non è propriamente economico). Tra l'altro ogni volta trova il modo di farti pagare degli extra inventando prezzi al momento (esempio: ti dice -non chiede- che ti mette un fango, o un ristrutturante o altro sostenendo che hai la cute secca o i capelli rovinati e poi in cassa ti dice che quello non lo scala dalla tessera ma che lo devi pagare e sono 20€.) Io lo trovo veramente poco serio. Il suo lavoro lo sa fare, bei colori, anche le pieghe non le fa male..ma la sensazione di volerti continuamente spillare soldi e rifilare ogni tipo di prodotto o promozione è veramente spiacevole. Se devo scalare taglio e piega dal pacchetto (valore quindi 16€) e poi pagare 20€ in più di fango o di altro trattamento pago come da qualunque altra parte e non serve che io vada li e che esca con la sensazione di essere stata fregata. Capita anche che ti scali dalla tessera i trattamenti meno costosi e che ti faccia pagare prezzi folli per il restante fuori dalla tessera. Discutibile anche la puntualità. Insomma no, non ci tornerò e non lo consiglierò..poca serietà. Sbrigativa e non chiara nelle proposte, tipo proporre un trattamento rinforzane che altro non è che un balsamo buttato li alla buona, non incluso nel pacchetto ma da pagare a parte. Piuttosto che finire il pacchetto vado da un'altra parte! Zero professionalism. Ho acquistato il pacchetto da 10 trattamenti a scelta (100 €) dopo la prima volta in cui mi sono trovata discretamente bene. La prima e le successive volte chiede insistentemente altri contatti per questi pacchetti promettendo il primo appuntamento gratis: ho mandato mia mamma che alla fine non ha voluto acquistare il pacchetto quindi le ha fatto pagare 20 euro anche se doveva essere gratuito. Le successive 3-4 volte mi sono trovata malissimo: appuntamenti accavallati quindi passa da una cliente a un'altra di continuo, lavorando di fretta e male. Ha una ragazza che l'aiuta che non perde occasione di mortificare davanti a tutti urlando. L'ultima volta mi ha fatto pagare un trattamento che doveva essere gratuito 20 € perché secondo lei era la linea nuova quindi si pagava a parte (cosa che non ha mai specificato) e alla fine ha pure avuto il coraggio di proporre sedute aggiuntive e chiedere altri contatti. Tornata a casa la piega a tenuto circa un'ora e lavando i capelli mi sono accorta che il taglio è tutto storto. Ho ancora delle sedute già pagate ma non ci torno neanche se mi paga.
