Dopo un colloquio conoscitivo, in cui Evidenzio la priorità di non volere fili rossastri tra i capelli, mi affido all esperienza del personale che mi rassicura sul risultato. Dopo 3 lunghe ore, il risultato è un mix di colori in cui spicca decisamente il rosso. Lo faccio presente alla proprietaria che risponde impacciata per poi sparire. Lavo i capelli, sperando l effetto possa scemare, ma non migliora nulla. Per cui contatto per ben 2 volte il. Salone chiedendo di parlare con la proprietaria e cercare assieme una soluzione, ma la stessa si fa negare e non richiama come mi era stato garantito.
