I took part in the main program of the Business Gymnasium trying to be aware of how to develop my startup. I was struck by the professional and friendly approach of the readers and the possibility to follow the lessons of personal interactions with Max and his colleagues, the exchange of ideas and listening to his experience as founder of the Bi Group. We discussed to start together a technological project aimed at strengthening the digital skills of young entrepreneurs in Italy. It really was a fruitful time for me and I look forward to our next collaboration.

I have worked with Gruppo Bi for handling a due diligence of one international project trying to step onto the Italian market. I collaborated with the team for two months. We exchanged a lot of information needed for thorough examination of business processes, financial data, staff, assets, company’ goals. The analyses have completed with report including financial, marketing and legal status of the project, advantages and disadvantages. Together we fulfilled risk management analyses. We have discussed in details the specifics of the local market and have advised about the positive and negative consequences of kicking off the project in South Italy. In addition, we have received a prognosis taking into consideration all mentioned data and details. We were satisfied of our interaction during this project and decided to continue our collaboration with next international projects. The team was well versed in marketing, corporate governance, legal, general management etc. Mr. Massimiliano Napoleone seems to be the leader of the group who navigated the whole process professionally choosing the right person of the team for each part of it, saving our business time but never skipping the important details. We discussed also the possibility some people of the project to attend upcoming master classes aiming to be well versed in specifics of the local market. We will definitely continue working together.
