Dopo una tranquilla passeggiata di un paio d'ore si raggiunge questa bellissima malga.
Piatti semplici e ancora tradizionali
I dolci della signora sono ottimo.

After a peaceful walk of a couple of hours you reach this beautiful mountain hut.
Simple and still traditional dishes
The lady's desserts are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Haidacher Alm ist großartig. Das Essen ist super und alles einfach entspannt! Wir waren zwei mal da und es war einfach wunderschön. Die Milch ist super lecker und der selbst gemacht Mozzarella war einfach erstklassig!
The Haidacher Alm is great. The food is great and everything is just relaxed! We were there twice and it was just wonderful. The milk is delicious and the homemade mozzarella was just first class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima e particolare malga che si raggiunge dopo una passeggiata abbastanza tranquilla in mezzo ad una magica vallata tra mucche e ruscelli. La struttura si presenta abbastanza curata con dettagli dell’epoca. Cibo tipico alto atesino e buonissimo, con possibilità di una vasta scelta. Bello poi fermarsi a prendere il sole e ammirare questa magia di paesaggio nelle sdraio che la struttura mette a disposizione.
Beautiful and particular hut that can be reached after a fairly quiet walk in the midst of a magical valley of cows and streams. The structure is quite accurate with details of the time. Typical South Tyrolean food and delicious, with the possibility of a wide choice. Nice to stop and sunbathe and admire this magic of landscape in the deckchairs that the structure makes available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superleckerer Kaiserschmarrn in uriger Alm. Auch der Mozzarella aus eigener Herstellung sowie die Saftschorlen sind sehr empfehlenswert.
Super delicious Kaiserschmarrn in a rustic alpine pasture. The mozzarella from our own production and the juice spritzers are also highly recommended.
