Had a great 2 night stay up until the moment we were served caffeinated coffee at breakfast despite specifically asking for decaf (decaffeinato) in Italian. This happened on the second day (first day we got the decaf we ordered). I never drink caffeine and this has caused me to have severe heart palpitations and anxiety leaving me unable to work for the rest of the day. There were some other small things that were missed (getting orders wrong, bringing 1 plate when I ordered 2 plates of smth, etc.) but messing up coffee and decaf is dangerous and puts your guests’ health at risk. Please get it together.

Very comfortable modern hotel, very well situated for visiting Pompeii and the other cultural sites of the area. Charming and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Wonderful Hôtel. Absolutely fabulous, design and beautiful. Service is top notch as is the restaurant. Breakfast was perfect too. Dont Miss it if you Côme in Pompeii.

Apart from the excellent location, booking a room here is like sleeping above a night club. It's incredible that they would host an event at night with blaring music that can be heard throughout the hotel. An absolute joke.

this is a new and modern hotel, which leads to stylish rooms. our room was very clean and offered a great size. also the bathroom is kinda large and beautiful. we had a cabinet to store our clothings and furthermore a little fridge and a safe. one highlight for us was the view - our room was on the third floor so we could see the vesuvio. the staff is enormously kind and helpful. we felt welcomed a lot. the hotel has a restaurant (bistrot) and a rooftop bar. we did not visit the bar but the restaurant. one thing we noticed is being veggie or vegan will be a huge problem for you. at the time of our stay there we limited options of veggie food. if i remember correctly there was no vegan alternative at all. at this price range it would be great to have more veggie options. nevertheless, the pizza is delicious as the seafood risotto as well. honestly we had higher hopes for breakfast. this is an international looking hotel with international guests. at least this is what i guess. therefore, we hoped to be offered a more variety rich breakfast. but it was more traditional italian - which meant sweet pastries (tasting great) and coffee. to be fair - we had some fruits and a veggie option as a hot plate. in addition, there was also joghurt, cereals, bread and other small stuff. they offer a spa and fitness area, which we did not use - but the pictures look incredibly nice. to sum up, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have been for quite some time. because of the amazing rooms, heartwarming staff and very delightful pizza.

Nice hotel and friendly staff in the restaurant. We had a nice stay but we wished we were informed at least a few days before our arrival that the spa was closed for renovations. Their website said it would close for a week on the 20th but two days prior to this, works had already started. We booked this hotel mainly for the spa area and we were not able to use it. This was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was only opened in May 2021. Thus, it’s very new, modern and stylish. Even the smallest room is spacious and luxurious with tea/coffee/water that is refilled every day and extras like slippers, a bathrobe, special pillows etc. Moreover, it’s very clean. At our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and offered a parking spot in a parking space that is almost next door (22€ per day is a fair price and can be paid at check out). The location itself is perfect if you want to visit the excavation site. At night, the restaurant (Il Circolo) is a good option and not too expensive either (pizzas are about 10€). All in all, a great experience!

Wonderful hotel the best we visited on this trip..great service and food. A perfect position to visit Pompeii and the surrounding area. It has a great restaurant and cocktail bar.. Luxurious rooms and amenities. The breakfasts were of the highest quality. I just can't recommend it enough,it's the only hotel of the trip that we will return too. A++++
