Non c'è un ascensore che dal piazzale della Repubblica scende agli ambulatori? I would like to know if to access with a wheelchair you have to go through the external slide anyway. Isn't there an elevator that goes down to the clinics from piazzale della Repubblica?

La persona che mi ha risposto è stata molto gentile e disponibile per fissare un appuntamento ad aprile quando per 3 strutture I tempi erano settembre e ottobre. Primo approccio positivo!!! Vediamo quando effettuerò l esame. Esame eseguito con professionalità eccellente, medici molto bravi e gentili. Rispetto dei tempi di attesa è delle procedure Covid in atto all arrivo in struttura. Referti consegnati subito. Più che soddisfatta. I called to book a mammogram: waiting time in line with other facilities if not less. The person who answered me was very kind and available to make an appointment in April when the times for 3 structures were September and October. First positive approach !!! Let's see when I will take the exam. Exam performed with excellent professionalism, very good and kind doctors. Compliance with waiting times and Covid procedures in place upon arrival at the facility. Reports delivered promptly. More than satisfied.

Che professionalità. A	Appuntiegiudizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienze sempre positive presso questo centro, medici specialisti con esperienza molto cordiali, tra questi nomino il dr Viganò (ortopedico) e il dr Carrara (oculista) a cui mi sono rivolto recentemente. Ambienti puliti, luminosi ed accoglienti. Parcheggio sotterraneo. Rivolgo una severa critica al personale di segreteria che non sempre ha modi gentili. Chi viene nella vostra struttura è evidente che ha bisogno del vostro sostegno, della vostra pazienza e di un sorriso in più. Always positive experiences at this center, very friendly experienced medical specialists, among them I name Dr. Viganò (orthopedist) and Dr. Carrara (ophthalmologist) to whom I recently turned. Clean, bright and welcoming environments. Underground parking. I address a severe criticism to the secretarial staff who do not always have kind ways. Those who come to your facility clearly need your support, your patience and an extra smile.

Tempi di attesa biblici e solo uno sportello lumaca dedicato su 3, mentre le addette degli altri due sportelli guardano il soffitto. Quasi un’ora di attesa pur avendo la priorità perché chiamavano tutti tranne i prioritari. Servizio vergognoso

Ho accompagnato mia madre per una risonanza magnetica, al dilà della strumentazione obsoleta la cosa che ci ha lasciate allibite è stato il medico che definire menefreghista e maleducato sarebbe fargli un complimento. Non ha tenuto conto degli esami precedenti :"perché tanto non mi interessano e lo vedo da me cosa ha". Ha dovuto rifare alcuni "scatti" dando la colpa a mia madre che si era mossa (cosa non vera). Per concludere anche il personale addetto alla reception è impreparato e poco cordiale. Alla domanda se l'esito fosse disponibile sul fascicolo sanitario la risposta è stata:" non ne ho idea controlli se lo vede vuol dire di sì". Fra le altre cose posso dire che no, non è stato caricato sul FS pur avendo fatto l'esame tramite il SSN. E non entro nel merito di poterli rintracciare via telefono perché apriti cielo. In poche parole esperienza pessima e per me è stata la prima e ultima volta in questo poliambulatorio. If it were possible to give 0 stars this is what I would put. R	R R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che faccio i prelievi sangue in qsta struttura Stamattina ore 7 ero al cup con una Signa biondina capello corto,tatuata all orecchio per individuarla meglio... non voleva leggere col cursore 3 ricette dal cellulare, al max 1 su 3...insistendo io che il suo collega me l'ha sempre fatto in recente passato e' arrivata una collega che tranquillamente ha letto i numeri delle ricette. La suddetta oltre che incapace poco professionale, mi mandava a casa! P.s.avete troppe recensioni negative, non vi conviene migliorare i servizi invece che peggiorarli?
