Il sistema riconosce le credenziali per la consultazione , ma non lascia scaricare i referti nonostante il pagamento sia stato invece effettuato il giorno stesso del prelievo come da prassi . Vedasi foto allegata. Referti non caricati nemmeno sul fascicolo sanitario di Regione Lombardia. A oltre 10 giorni dal prelievo non sono dunque ancora riuscito a vedere online i referti. Anacronistico dover ritirare gli esiti su cartaceo di persona nel 2021come proposto. Sconsigliato dunque a chi abita lontano. Online medical report consultation not working. The system recognizes the credentials for consultation, but does not allow the reports to be downloaded despite the fact that the payment was instead made on the day of collection as usual. See attached photo. Reports not even uploaded to the Lombardy Region health record. More than 10 days after sampling, I have therefore not yet been able to see the reports online. Anachronistic to have to collect the results on paper in person in 2021 as proposed. Therefore not recommended for those who live far away.

A fronte di una estrema cordialità da parte del settore esami sanguigni e radiologia, per il ritiro referti, nello specifico nella figura della signora Monte, ho trovato una estrema maleducazione condita da totale inefficienza, spocchiosità e totale noncuranza per le disabilità. Speriamo che almeno l'ecografia sia stata fatta come si deve. Personalmente non posso che sconsigliare questa struttura. Unfortunately bad experience. Devo dire però che il personale paramedico è stato gentile ed efficiente. Altra criticità: il centro non si riesce a raggiungere telefonicamente, si viene lasciati a lungo in attesa e poi cade la linea. Extreme rudeness of doctors during an ultrasound (in particular of a doctor who while I was waiting was also using unsuitable language), personally I did not have a positive experience. However, I must say that the paramedics were friendly and efficient. Another critical point: the center cannot be reached by telephone, one is left waiting for a long time and then the line falls.

Ottima la possibilità di poter visionare i referti on line, e funzionale. Personale di segreteria efficiente e disponibile anche post esame per dubbi. I performed an MRI here. Durante la visita ha risposto più volte al telefono per trattare di questioni personali poco rilevanti, mi ha liquidata il prima possibile ed ha utilizzato un linguaggio non idoneo ed offensivo in risposta ad alcune mie domande. Gradirei poter segnalare questa esperienza al responsabile della struttura, potete lasciarmi un contatto/mail? Grazie. Bad experience.
