Fin qui ok, peccato che nn mi ha fatto ne il ceck in, ne tanto meno mi ha inoltrato le email in cui veniva espresso di dover fare il ceck in online obbligatoriamente. Fatto sta, che arrivata all imbarco ho dovuto pagare molto soldi in più per penale di nn aver fatto il ceck in online. Mai più!!! Professionalità e responsabilità pari a zero!
State attenti e diffidate da questa agenzia se volete essere seguiti attentamente, volete partire senza problemi e soprattutto poter avere un contatto per qualsiasi esigenza andate altrove ( qui più le volte che trovi chiuso che aperto) !!!
NEVER BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. I turned to Signora Anna to have two pieces of paper made for me and back. So far ok, it's a pity that he didn't check me in, much less he forwarded me the emails in which it was expressed that he had to check in online. The fact is, that when I arrived at the boarding point I had to pay a lot of extra money for penalty for not having checked in online. Never again!!! Professionalism and responsibility equal to zero!
Be careful and beware of this agency if you want to be followed carefully, you want to leave without problems and above all to be able to have a contact for any need go elsewhere (here more times you find closed than open) !!!
