Its great clean and classy but there's this receptionist she has a blond hair , and she needs to learn how to put a smile on her face and treat customers worm Also when i called her to get an appointment she was so aggressive and tough ..

UPDATE: The owner is actually right on one thing. The 7 hours on Saturday... Plus the 4 hours on Thursday. = 11 hours of my week. I am an executive of a Canadian company and I work remotely from 3 pm to 11 pm Italian time. This trip to the hair dresser was supposed to take 4 hours (the usual time that it takes me at my Aveda Salon in Toronto). So I took time off work accordingly. The salon keeps on mentioning (in the reply to this review) how much time they spent on my hair, without remembering that I am the client... and I have a professional and family schedule to go by as well. I did not mess up my hair the first time. They did. Do they really think that I wanted to spend an additional 7 hours of my week in their salon? In any Aveda salon, if they are the ones messing up your hair, they take into account that they are wasting your time, not the other way around... This salon seems to be concerned with their business, not with the customer. In fact, when I was upset on Thursday, the only reason why I agreed to going back was because they said it was going to be free (I was still skeptical because of the initial results, in fact, on Saturday, I had to call my Canadian Aveda salon to send me the right formula - The final result was indeed correct) Also, the reason why I paid the €250 is not because they called the police... It's because I went to the police to file a report, and called my credit card to reverse part the transaction (They said I didn't want to pay at all when I clearly mentioned I wanted to pay for the trim I had asked) Also, good thing that the owner said that they have the receipt. There you can clearly see that they charged me for products, and services that they used to fix the damage they had done to my hair on Thursday... I had to spend 11 hours of my week at this salon and then I had to pay even more money than I would have if it were done correctly the first time. Original review: This is PROBABLY a great place to go if you need grey roots touched up. If you need any other services that require a skilled stylist, STAY AWAY. I have gone to strictly Aveda salons for the past two years and always had an excellent and extremely professional experience. I get my hair done every 8 weeks, so I know exactly how long it takes to do my hair and have a rough idea of how much it costs depending on where in the world I am. I went to this salon for the first time on Thursday. I went to touch up my roots to match the rest of my platinum blonde hair. The stylist doing my hair had no idea what he was doing and didn’t leave the bleach in long enough, left the toner in my ends too long, and I ended up with orange roots and BLUE hair. I was in tears. A woman working there promised me that I would not have to pay for this mistake and that I should come back for another appointment, again stressing that I would not have to pay. I was hesitant to come back, but because they had said it would be gratis, I went back today for a 6 hour appointment to fix what they had done. I had to contact my colourist from Aveda’s Civello salon in Toronto to give this salon the right formula for my dye and my toner because they weren’t sure what to do... Anyway, after 6 hours my hair turned out great so I asked the hair dresser for a trim and picked out a product to take home as well! Then they wanted to take pictures of my hair for their social media and I thought β€œOF COURSE! The least I could do to thank them!” When I went to pay for my haircut and products (because my root touchup was promised to be free), they told me my bill was 300 EUROS! I asked for a breakdown of the bill and they said they couldn’t give me a breakdown until after I paid. So I told them I’m not paying 300 Euros until they explain what it’s for. They wouldn’t budge. So I figured I would pay and then go straight to the Questura to report them. If you are an expat or a tourist, avoid this place! They are inexperienced and looking to make a quick buck off of you. They assume they won’t see you again and they don’t care about your hair.

I just got back from an amazing morning with Alejandro and could not be more happy with my hair. After 6 months of heavy grow out my blonde was basically nonexistent and he really took the time to foil my whole head to bring life back into my tresses. The attention to detail, kindness and final product were everything I could have hoped for and more. Thank you thank you thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. I had my hair washed, cut and blow-dried then got my eyebrows waxed for 60 euro. The hair stylist has been working with hair for 26 years. I have really thick hair and she restyled it so I could manage it. I have never met a hairdresser who made me this happy with my hair. Next the beautician made time to do my eyebrows. Once again she was an absolute expert. Great attention to detail. She turned my bushy brows to a model's! Plus the service here is impeccable. Also as I am Australian I was thoroughly concerned there may be language barriers yet they all knew fantastic English! Made my experience so much more comfortable .

This is the best hair salon I have ever been to. The staff treats you like a friend as soon as they meet you and they speak great English if you don’t speak Italian. Anna spent so much time making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I felt so pampered with the little head and shoulder massage with essential oils beforehand, the amazing tea, and the personal touches they add to give you the best experience. All for a fantastic price. Francesca even put a little makeup on me for fun to give me a full transformation. So sweet! Highly recommend!
