Una palestra fatta prima di persone, che di allenamento. Always my gym. The owner Mario together with his staff is attentive to details, in an almost obsessive way. Gli istruttori sono ben addestrati e seguono tutti con competenza, i corsi sono sempre all'avanguardia e i macchinari essenziali ci sono tutti. Infine il calore e la simpatia del proprietario, Mario, ti fanno sentire subito parte della grande famiglia Gymnicos. Insomma, se vi trovate a Casamassima e avete voglia di rimettervi in forma e divertirvi non esitate ad iscrivervi! A small but complete gym. The instructors are well trained and follow everyone competently, the courses are always at the forefront and the essential machines are all there. Finally the warmth and friendliness of the owner, Mario, make you feel immediately part of the great Gymnicos family. Prima di Natale avevamo trovato questa palestra e ci eravamo informati sui corsi, prezzi e tutto. Ieri io ed il mio fidanzato avevamo finalmente deciso di iscriverci in palestra. Ci eravamo vestiti, prelevato per sottoscrivere l'iscrizione (semestrale) ma non va come speravamo. All'accettazione un istruttore biondo, arrogante e maleducato, che non ci vuole fare iniziare ed iscrivere perché uno dei due aveva dimenticato la tessera sanitaria che non ci era stato detto fosse obbligatoria all'iscrizione quando avevamo chiesto informazioni. Avevamo una copia del documento di identità e sullo smartphone avevamo una copia digitale, gli avevamo detto che l'avremmo portata il giorno dopo...ma nulla non ci è stato verso di farlo ragionare e siccome erano già le 20 e la palestra chiude alle ore 22 finché tornavamo a casa (con l'automobile perché non è proprio vicino), non valeva la pena. È inaccettabile avere del personale del genere. Ieri abbiamo già perso l'entusiasmo iniziale. Opteremo per un'altra palestra. Usually I never leave a star but in this case it must be put. We got dressed, picked up to sign the registration (every six months) but it doesn't go as we hoped. Upon acceptance, a blond, arrogant and rude instructor, who does not want us to start and register because one of the two had forgotten the health card that we had not been told was compulsory to register when we asked for information. We had a copy of the identity document and on the smartphone we had a digital copy, we told him that we would bring it the next day ... but nothing was not there to make him think and since it was already 20 and the gym closes at 22 hours until we returned home (with the car because it is not really close), it was not worth it. It is unacceptable to have such staff. Yesterday we already lost the initial enthusiasm. We will opt for another gym.

È davvero "la palestra della porta accanto", è come essere a casa e trovarsi in una grande famiglia. Il personale è qualificato, molto simpatico e sa come metterti a tuo agio. Il titolare è un ragazzo molto solare e allegro e ciò fa subito intuire che aria si respira nella palestra... È un posto dove vai per allenarti, per stare bene e da cui esci sempre soddisfatta e col sorriso! ? Un 10 a tutto lo staff! My trusted gym !! I no longer exchange it for anyone. It's really "the gym next door", it's like being at home and being in a big family. The staff is qualified, very nice and knows how to put you at ease. The owner is a very cheerful and cheerful boy and this immediately suggests that you can breathe air in the gym ... It is a place where you go to train, to feel good and from which you always come out satisfied and with a smile! ? A 10 for all the staff!
e	elvira catignano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una palestra "vissuta e sudata" ma soprattutto frequentata! Gli ambienti non sono enormi ma sono ben tenuti e molto puliti nel rispetto le norme COVID. Personalmente frequento il corso di speening che non cambierei con nessun altro per la bravura dell'istruttrice. It is a "lived and sweaty" gym, but above all it is frequented! The environments are not huge but they are well kept and very clean in compliance with COVID regulations. Personally I attend the speening course that I would not change with anyone else for the skill of the instructor.

Scherzi a parte....una palestra con istruttori professionali e frequentata da bella gente... soprattutto la mattina dalle 8 alle 9:15!? Mario Manzari ..... a name, a brand .... a rip off! ????? Seriously .... a gym with professional instructors and frequented by beautiful people ... especially in the morning from 8 to 9: 15! ?
