★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro sportivo, con gente preparata e onesta. Prezzi ottimi e concorrenziali con gente che ti segue, non le classiche realtà inconsistenti che con 10€ di mensile vieni abbandonato. Grande varieta di corsi in una struttura accogliente e sempre in continuo aggiornamento.
 Excellent sports center, with prepared and honest people. Prices are excellent and competitive with people who follow you, not the classic inconsistent realities that for € 10 a month are abandoned. Great variety of courses in a welcoming and always continuously updated structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché tutto lo staff è eccellente,la sala attrezzi molto funzionale i consigli e le attenzioni che hanno verso ogni persona che si allena sono davvero molto attententi ed efficaci così ognuno riesce a raggiungere i propri obiettivi. Le sale corsi sono molto spaziose così da permettere liberamente ogni movimento. Da provare assolutamente nel caso non è stato già fatto e sicuramente ce ne innamorerete.
Because all the staff are excellent, the tool room is very functional, the advice and attention they have towards each person who trains are very attentive and effective so everyone manages to achieve their goals. The training rooms are very spacious so as to allow any movement freely. To try absolutely in case it hasn't already been done and surely you'll love it.

La struttura offre inoltre numerosi corsi alternativi( funzionale , pilates, arti marziali, ecc) ad ogni ora del giorno. Secondo me a Bari e provincia se ti vuoi allenare seriamente e' una delle palestre migliori.Fiore all occhiello ampio parcheggio . TOP!!
Large gym, well structured and ideal for body building with very competent staff, highly qualified and passionate instructors. The structure also offers numerous alternative courses (functional, pilates, martial arts, etc.) at any time of the day. In my opinion in Bari and its province if you want to train seriously it is one of the best gyms. TOP!!
