Specializzato anche in massaggi, consiglio il massaggio relax, talmente bravo da riuscire a farti addormentare.
Consigliatissima.

Also specializing in massages, I recommend the relaxation massage, so good that it can make you fall asleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra nuovissima e molto pulita. Possibilità di essere seguiti personalmente da Alessandro, davvero molto preparato sulla riabilitazione post operatoria. Possibilità di allenarsi anche d'estate facendo un abbonamento occasionale di solo 1o 2 mesi secondo necessità.
Presenti spogliatoi per uomini e donne separati che consentono di cambiarsi in palestra.
Possibilità di parcheggiare proprio fuori dalla palestra
Brand new and very clean gym. Possibility of being followed personally by Alessandro, who is very well prepared on post-operative rehabilitation. Possibility to train even in summer by making an occasional subscription of only 1 or 2 months as needed.
There are separate changing rooms for men and women that allow you to change in the gym.
Possibility to park right outside the gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scoperto questa palestra durante il nostro soggiorno a Parghelia. Ha tutto ciò che serve: sala attrezzata, pavimentazione adatta, barbell, dumbell, elastici, TRX, macchinari e tutti prodotti di alto livello (Lacertosus solo per menzionarne uno). Il proprietario della struttura è un ragazzo estremamente in gamba e professionale. Consiglio di andare non solo a chi risiede in zona ma anche chi si trova nell'area per vacanze e vuole ritagliarsi uno spazio per allenarsi in un ambiente che risulterà immediatamente familiare.
We discovered this gym during our stay in Parghelia. It has everything you need: equipped room, suitable flooring, barbell, dumbell, rubber bands, TRX, machinery and all high-end products (Lacertosus just to mention one). The owner of the structure is an extremely smart and professional guy. I recommend going not only to those who reside in the area but also to those who are in the holiday area and want to carve out a space to train in an environment that will be immediately familiar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra nuovissima con attrezzature Panatta e lacertosa. Alessandro è gentilissimo e disponibile a tutto, a me ha aperto anche un po' fuori orario (eccezione alla regola che ho apprezzato moltissimo, non è affatto da tutti). Mi son allenato benissimo. Ci son tornato. Pulizia ottima.
Brand new gym with Panatta and lacertosa equipment. Alessandro is very kind and available to everything, he even opened for me a little after hours (exception to the rule that I really appreciated, it is not for everyone). I trained very well. I'm back there. Excellent cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little gym with an excellent setup for lifting. The equipment was pretty much brand new and well maintained, there were a variety of bars, bands, and freeweights. I was here on vacation and it was very easy to pay for one day and get in a great workout.
