★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verso L ora di pranzo (momento in cui vado spesso) giocano a pallavolo.. dalla sala mentre ti alleni senti insulti grida di ogni tipo ... Arturo a stento ti rivolge la parola.. il suo sarcasmo echeggia nella palestra..(unica nota negativa.. sono le donne della palestra .. delle ROSICONE COSMICHE ... però ovviamente non mi interessa... a me piace tutto ci vado molto volentieri e la consiglio
Towards lunchtime (when I often go) they play volleyball .. from the room while you train you hear insults shouts of all kinds ... Arturo hardly speaks to you .. his sarcasm echoes in the gym .. (unique negative note .. they are the women of the gym .. the ROSICONE COSMICHE ... but obviously I don't care ... I like everything I go there very much and I recommend it

Gli istruttori sono tutti molto preparati e seguono tutti con attenzione. É una palestra di quartiere con una atmosfera davvero familiare. Consigliatissima.
I've been going to this gym for years
The instructors are all very prepared and follow everyone carefully. It's a neighborhood gym with a really family atmosphere. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione disorganizzata e poco educata. Chiedo informazioni all'accoglienza clienti per i corsi, iscrizione e si concorda una lezione di prova con una persona. Una volta in palestra per la lezione di prova mi viene detto '' chi ti ha detto che si può fare la lezione di prova, vabbè ora che sei qui te la lascio fare'' da un’altra persona. Darsi del tu non è una decisione unilaterale e se questa è la modalità di accoglienza dei clienti spero che siano più cortesi e allineati in futuro per non perderne, cosa che è avvenuta nel mio caso. Posizione deliziosa.
Disorganized and uneducated management. I ask for information at the customer reception for the courses, registration and a trial lesson is agreed with a person. Once in the gym for the trial lesson I am told "who told you that you can take the trial lesson, well now that you are here I will let you do it" by another person. Giving yourself is not a one-sided decision and if this is the way to welcome customers I hope they are more courteous and aligned in the future so as not to lose them, which happened in my case. Delightful location.
