★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiata in peggio. Ragazzotti che credendosi fighi, sollevano i pesi poi li mollano violentemente a terra per farsi notare. Le macchine e le panche sono quasi sempre cariche perchè nessuno toglie i pesi dopo l'utilizzo. D'estate i climatizzatori sono sempre a manetta (roba da ammalarsi). Non è più quella di una volta........
Changed for the worse. Boys who believe they are cool, lift the weights then drop them violently to the ground to get noticed. The machines and benches are almost always loaded because no one removes the weights after use. In the summer the air conditioners are always at full throttle (stuff to get sick). It is no longer what it used to be ........

Tutto chiuso comprese le ventole e quando ho chiesto un pochino di ricircolo d'aria l'istruttore mi ha risposto: ah sei quella dello spinning!! E non si è mosso di un millimetro continuando i suoi interessi personali!! Molta differenza dalla professionalità che trovo al mattino!!
Tonight I gave up training and went home! All closed including the fans and when I asked for a little bit of air circulation the instructor replied: ah you are the one of the spinning !! And he hasn't moved an inch by continuing his personal interests !! A lot of difference from the professionalism that I find in the morning !!
