C	Chiara Dal Ben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di sottoscrivere l'abbonamento poco prima del lockdown e questo mi ha ovviamente penalizzata: la palestra mi ha detto che non era possibile il rimborso ma che potevo solo rinnovare l'abbonamento e avere quindi una o più mensilità gratuite a seconda del rinnovo che avrei fatto. Al di là di questo, che posso anche comprendere visto il periodo difficile per tutti, ho trovato davvero spiacevole e poco professionale la mancanza di comunicazione: mi hanno scritto per fornire la mia adesione per i corsi online che stavano attivando in quei giorni e poi non mi hanno mai comunicato nulla, senza rispondere alle mail di chiarimento nè a telefonate e messaggi. Ho pagato 1 anno di abbonamento per non avere risposte a domande semplici e precise? Prima scrivete che attivate i corsi online e poi non dite più nulla sparendo senza darmi risposta? Perché siete stati una delle poche palestre che non ha attivato i corsi online subito? I had the misfortune to subscribe to the subscription just before the lockdown and this obviously penalized me: the gym told me that it was not possible to reimburse but that I could only renew the subscription and therefore have one or more free months depending on the renewal that I would have done. Beyond this, which I can also understand given the difficult period for everyone, I found the lack of communication really unpleasant and unprofessional: they wrote to me to provide my membership for the online courses they were activating in those days and then not they have never communicated anything to me, without replying to the clarification emails or to phone calls and messages. Did I pay for a 1 year subscription for not having answers to simple and precise questions? First you write that you activate the online courses and then you do not say anything more disappearing without giving me an answer? Why were you one of the few gyms that didn't activate online courses right away?

Right in front of our noses there was the schedule clearly stating that there is a lesson in the mornings. Turns out if there is noone booked in then they don't run the lesson. They could have told me this when I called to ask about the trial lesson. Poor service and unfriendly receptionist.
