Personale fantastico, sempre gentili e disponibili. I personal trainer sono sempre disponibili a dare consigli e correggere l'eseguimento degli esercizi per evitare rischi di infortunio e allenarsi bene. Inoltre forniscono piani di allenamento personalizzati che almeno nel mio caso hanno garantito buoni risultati. Excellent gym, well equipped, well kept spaces, very quiet environment and suitable for training without having to wait for free tools. Fantastic staff, always kind and helpful. Personal trainers are always available to give advice and correct exercise exercises to avoid injury risks and train well. They also provide personalized training plans that at least in my case have guaranteed good results.

Prezzo alto rispetto alla concorrenza nelle immediate vicinanze soprattutto per i servizi offerti. Attrezzatura limitata a pesi liberi, qualche multiattrezzo e treadmill non giustificano il prezzo di quasi 50 euro a pacchetto serale (rigorosamente dopo le 20.00). Pulizia non impeccabile e macchinari non revisionati periodicamente fanno perdere parecchie stelle a questo centro. Il personale è giovane e disponibile in sala, ma consiglio di provare altro nelle immediate vicinanze. Ottimi i corsi, gli istruttori molto preparati, prezzi alti rispetto ad altre in zona. Docce da rifare che ogni tanto su intasano, spesso manca la carta per asciugarsi, o quella del bagno. La sauna è piccola e temperatura bassa. Attrezzature di sala sufficiente ma bisogna spesso cambiare allenamento perché troppo pieno. In alcuni corsi, nella sala più piccola, si è pressati. Il personale, laureato e molto competente, riesce ad adattare il lavoro alle più svariate esigenze, dal semplice mettersi in forma, alla preparazione atletica fino alla riabilitazione/rieducazione post infortunio. Con possibilità di praticare più attività da quelle più introspettive come lo yoga a quelle più energiche come il crossfit e le attività di gruppo della sala energia. Nella sala corpo è anche possibile farsi seguire da personal trainer qualificati, tutti laureati in scienze motorie, con programmi personalizzati che aiutano a raggiungere uno stato di benessere non riguardante solo l'aspetto esteriore ma il benessere totale della persona.
