Vasta scelta di corsi fitness durante l 'arco della settimana. Alcuni corsi portano il brand LesMills da anni uno dei pilastri del fitness in Italia e nel Mondo.
Sala attrezzi ampia con la possibilità di avere il servizio di Personal Trainer.
Inoltre la struttura è dotata di un ampio parcheggio dove poter parcheggiare comodamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra Live Energy da più di dieci anni è la mia sana pausa pranzo!
Ultimamente la mia frequenza in palestra si attesta attorno a 4/5 volte a settimana, ma non mi ritengo una “palestrata”, piuttosto una donna di mezza età, in buona salute, determinata a raggiungere sempre nuovi traguardi, che può permettersi senza sensi di colpa qualche sgarro quando è in compagnia: un aperitivo, un dolce tutt’altro che dietetico, una birretta.
In palestra, grazie ad un’importante varietà di attività, ho trovato il modo di stare in forma, ma anche la possibilità di fare gruppo e amicizia con chi la frequenta in pausa pranzo e quindi di passare un’ora e mezza in serenità, staccando la spina dai problemi quotidiani.
Lo staff della palestra, sempre costantemente aggiornato, è fatto da professionisti, ormai amici, sempre pronti a supportarci, sopportarci e coinvolgerci con corsi nuovi e perché no, anche cene o eventi diversi.
Insomma, come potrei stare senza la mia sana e divertente sudata quotidiana con Chiara e Massimo!
The Live Energy gym for over ten years has been my healthy lunch break!
Lately my attendance in the gym has been around 4/5 times a week, but I do not consider myself a "gym", rather a healthy middle-aged woman, determined to always reach new goals, which she can afford without senses of some blame when he is in company: an aperitif, a dessert that is anything but dietetic, a beer.
In the gym, thanks to an important variety of activities, I found a way to stay in shape, but also the possibility to make group and friendship with those who attend her on a lunch break and then to spend an hour and a half in peace, detaching the plug from everyday problems.
The gym staff, always constantly updated, is made up of professionals, now friends, always ready to support us, support us and involve us with new courses and why not, even dinners or different events.
In short, how could I be without my healthy and fun daily sweat with Chiara and Massimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto accogliente dove propongono tanti corsi dalla mattina alla sera oltre alla sala pesi. Personale disponibile , lo spogliatoio è grande, comodo. Ottima la pulizia . Io personalmente mi trovo molto in linea con il corso di Pilates che frequento da Ottobre 2021. Insegnante molto preparata e professionale.
Very welcoming gym where they offer many courses from morning to evening in addition to the weight room. Helpful staff, the changing room is large, comfortable. Excellent cleaning. I personally find myself very much in line with the Pilates course that I have been attending since October 2021. Very trained and professional teacher.
