I have been going to this gym for some time, I am very well, it is clean, very well managed, the equipment is in order and the staff are always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' una delle storiche palestre di Vignola. Sala pesi ampia e dotata di buoni attrezzi. Sala cardio sempre aggiornata con nuovi macchinari. La proprietà segue tutti gli iscritti al meglio con programmi di allenamento aggiornati mensilmente. Unico vero neo, e unica vera ragione per cui non dò le 5 stelle, è il parcheggio. Non tanto perchè lontano ma un pò scomodo e in una zona poco frequentata la sera. Per una donna potrebbe essere fonte di problemi.
It is one of the historic gyms of Vignola. Large weight room with good tools. Cardio room always updated with new machines. The property follows all the members with the best training programs updated monthly. The only real drawback, and the only real reason I don't give 5 stars, is the parking. Not so much because it is far away but a little uncomfortable and in a little frequented area in the evening. For a woman it could be a source of problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrale la posizione a Vignola, con possibilità di parcheggio. La palestra è dotata di macchinari di alto livello, i migliori. Ci sono tutte le possibilità di scegliere percorsi più o meno pesanti, in relazione alla propria necessità. Gli ambienti sono perfettamente mantenuti e la disponibilità delle persone che seguono i clienti, è totale. I costi, secondo me, sono assolutamente in linea con l'ottima offerta. Si possono anche seguire corsi "di gruppo".

The environments are perfectly maintained and the availability of the people who follow the customers is total. The costs, in my opinion, are absolutely in line with the excellent offer. You can also take "group" courses.
