Gli istruttori seguono sia i singoli che il gruppo durante l'esecuzione dei WOD. Attrezzi in quantità e tutti nuovi, unico neo la varietà... ma tempo al tempo non hanno ancora compiuto un anno!
Young and informal Crossfit box. Impossible not to feel at ease, there are boys and girls of all ages and backgrounds. Instructors follow both individuals and the group as they perform the WODs. Tools in quantity and all new, the only drawback is the variety ... but by the time they have not yet turned one year old!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior allenamento che abbia mai praticato! Personale preparato, presente e sempre disponibile. Il box è ben curato e pulito, lo stesso vale per spogliatoi e docce. Disponibile ampio parcheggio per l'auto davanti all'ingresso. Consigliatissimo!
The best workout I've ever practiced! Staff prepared, present and always available. The box is well maintained and clean, the same applies to changing rooms and showers. Ample parking is available for the car in front of the entrance. Highly recommended!
