β β β β β Anche qui come purtroppo in tutte le altre macellerie della cittΓ carne, senza un minimo di frollatura, rossa e magra come piace a chi di carne sinceramente non ci capisce molto, se vi serve un bollito e la solita battuta di fassona ok, per il resto zero. Penso che un vero macellaio a volte debba anche educare ed insegnare al cliente cosa significhi carne di qualitΓ senza per forza rifilare al pubblico le solite fettine.
