Molto attento nella scelta dei prodotti che sono di alta qualità.. una pizzeria che fa la differenza in un piccolo centro come Ivrea..oltretutto esegue anche vendita diretta di carne fresca anche quella sempre di ottima qualità. Andando da Gustavo si può trovare anche la menta fresca,il thè tipico marocchino e le relative teiere per poter fare il thé verde marocchino. Io vado sempre a rifornirmi lí perché non ché altro posto a Ivrea che venda prodotti per fare il thè originario del marocco di cui mi sono innamorato molto tempo fa..l'impasto della pizza é leggerissimo, mi spiegava Simone, essere fatto con più farine acquistate ad Azeglio (prodotto a km 0) e fatto lievitare 48 ore... rendendo la pizza digeribilissima anche se con ingredienti ricchi di calorie e abbondanti. Di seguito metto le foto.. ci torneró e chiunque abiti da queste parti lo invito ad andarci perché merita davvero. Excellent pizzeria ..
