C	Chiara Simoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato per il fatto che non c'è un ingresso per i clienti esterni all'hotel Aemilia, il ristorante è molto bello e avrebbe successo in questa zona con poca offerta, ma bisogna entrare dalla reception e fare un giro tortuoso per salire al primo piano del ristorante. I camerieri sono poco comunicativi e non vedono l'ora di portare via i piatti dai tavoli. Il cibo però è di buona qualità e ben servito. La mia tagliata di controfiletto con carciofi era tenera e saporita anche se a vedere il piatto non gli avrei dato nessuna fiducia. A prescindere da questo 21€ non li vale. La cotoletta petroniana presa dai miei amici invece era poco saporita, triste e aveva l'aspetto di una cotoletta di quelle servite in una trattoria alla buona e per la modica cifra di 19€. Il salmone preso da mio marito non era male. Tiramisù discreto. Personale in sala gentile e attento. In generale non lo consiglierei perché è uno di quei posti che vuole essere "gurmè" senza esserne in grado. Pretentious. My sirloin steak with artichokes was tender and flavorful even if I wouldn't trust him to see the dish. Regardless of this € 21 is not worth it. The Petronian cutlet taken by my friends, on the other hand, was not very tasty, sad and had the appearance of a cutlet of those served in a good trattoria and for the modest sum of 19 €. The salmon taken by my husband was not bad. Discreet Tiramisu. Staff in the room polite and attentive. In general I would not recommend it because it is one of those places that wants to be "gurmè" without being able to.

The only downside that I can think of is the size of the menu. 4-5 choices for each position is a little bit weak for a 5 star restaurant, but it completely deserves 4 stars!
