★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza fredda e distaccata, mi ha liquidato in due minuti.
Mi ero recato per portare in riparazione la mia chitarra classica.
Non mi ha dato nemmeno il tempo di parlare che mi ha detto che la chitarra era ormai andata..non bastava sostituire le corde ma bisognava livellare la tastiera in quanto aveva una gobba..una gobba inesistente!! la vedeva solo lui..per ripararla "ci vuole più del doppio che comprarla nuova"queste le sue testuali parole...scandaloso..quando invece sono andato da un altro liutaio che mi ha chiesto solo 15€ per ripararla in quanto andavano sostituite solo le corde.
Inoltre mi ha subito indicato di comprarne una nuova dal negozio affianco..in quanto avrei risparmiato rispetto alla riparazione della mia..assurdo...chi lo sa forse è tutto un giro..il liutaio che da per spacciate le chitarre e il negozio vicino che le vende..
In conclusione o è un ladro o un incompetente (vede gobbe che non ci sono :D)
DIFFIDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE DA QUESTA LIUTERIA IN VIA ENRICO TOTI 8

He didn't even give me the time to talk, he told me that the guitar was gone .. it wasn't enough to replace the strings but you had to level the keyboard as it had a hump .. a non-existent hump !! he only saw it .. to repair it "it takes more than double to buy it new" these are his textual words ... scandalous .. when instead I went to another luthier who asked me only 15 € to repair it because they had to be replaced just the strings.
He also immediately told me to buy a new one from the shop next door .. as I would have saved compared to repairing my ... absurd ... who knows maybe it's all a turn .. the luthier who gives up guitars and the shop neighbor who sells them ..
In conclusion, either he is a thief or an incompetent (he sees humps that are not there: D)
ABSOLUTELY DEFY FROM THIS LIUTERIA IN VIA ENRICO TOTI 8
