★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato la scorsa settimana una lampada Floss. A parte il tempo di attesa, va bene, ma dopo averla pagata un botto, mi ritrovo senza la lampadina. Possibile che non mi avessero avvisato? Chiamo mi risponde un signore 'io non so che la lampada ha preso, non conosco la Snopy di Floss e non son tenuto a saperlo se nella confezione ci fosse la lampadina o meno'. Lasciamo perdere il grado di preparazione del signore. Comunque Son tornato in negozio immediatamente, la lampadina mi è stato offerta da una signora, perché il signore voleva farmela pagare. .... Sapete cosa? La lampadina non è dimerabile e sfarfalla e ovviamente l'ho scoperto a casa.
Una gestione post vendita terribile. La prossima volta prendo su internet. Negozi così mi spiace ma non mi vedranno più.
I bought a Floss lamp last week. Aside from the waiting time, that's okay, but after paying a bang for it, I find myself without the light bulb. Was it possible they didn't warn me? I call a gentleman replies 'I don't know which lamp he took, I don't know the Snopy by Floss and I don't have to know if there was a bulb in the package or not'. Let us forget the degree of preparation of the gentleman. Anyway I went back to the shop immediately, the light bulb was offered to me by a lady, because the gentleman wanted me to pay for it. .... You know what? The bulb is not dimmable and flickers and of course I discovered this at home.
Terrible after-sales management. Next time I'll take it on the internet. Shops so I'm sorry but they won't see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo andati per curiosare e siamo usciti con un carrello pieno. Personale competente e paziente. Bel assortimento, per tutte le tasche e tutti i gusti. Ci sono alcuni tra i marchi più conosciuti, ma anche molte altre proposte. Ieri c'era parecchia gente, per farsi seguire dal personale ci si deve iscrivere in una lista e si viene chiamati quando arriva il proprio turno. Se si già cosa comprare si fa una foto all'articolo e si ritira presso il magazzino sempre all'interno del negozio. Bella organizzazione. Complimenti aspettare ne è valsa la pena, anche perché chi ci ha accompagnato ci ha proprio consigliato bene.

Yesterday there were a lot of people, to be followed by the staff you have to sign up on a list and you are called when your turn comes. If you already know what to buy, take a picture of the item and collect it at the warehouse, always inside the shop. Nice organization. Congratulations, the wait was worth it, also because those who accompanied us advised us well.

Sono uscito dal negozio con il sorriso perché non è facile di questi tempi trovare una persona così cordiale disponibile e professionale.
Veramente complimenti per la scelta del personale, puntare su ragazzi ma soprattutto persone giovani e dinamiche fa la differenza specie se il prodotto venduto è assolutamente di qualità.
Sono stato, sono e sarò cliente.

I left the shop with a smile because it's not easy these days to find such a friendly, helpful and professional person.
Really congratulations for the choice of staff, focusing on young people but above all young and dynamic people makes the difference, especially if the product sold is absolutely of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of Murano glass at much better prices than you will find on Murano itself. The prices are at least half of the prices on Murano. Lots of locals here so I would guess this is where they go to buy the local glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop and many small items cheaper than in Venice centre. Friendly, helpful staff too. The small shop next to the hotel is closed as there is a new, larger shop opened next to it. Great shopping experience.
