All'arrivo del collo vedo subito sulla scatola la scritta "Non fabbricato in Italia"...? cosa vuol dire? tolta l'Italia puo' essere fatto ovunque nel mondo! vabbè passiamo oltre, quando la vado ad installare noto subito una certa dose di colla a caldo di pessima qualità pure quella e nastro trasparente per fermare i cavi elettrici (neanche nastro isolante da elettricista nastro trasparente quello che si usa per i pacchetti natalizi per intenderci) Detto questo già basterebbe per dire che €102.65 sono un enormità per questa applique ma la cosa bella è che i fori sulla base della lampada erano sbagliati e ho dovuto rifarli e la vite di fissaggio della messa a terra ne impediva addirittura il corretto assemblaggio! ovviamente istruzioni di montaggio assenti. ASSURDO. Dopo aver contattato il venditore (misterlight.it sito dove avevo comprato la lampada) via chat vengo richiamato e scusandosi dell'accaduto mi dice di aver parlato con il produttore (Dove?) e che probabilmente era un pezzo reso difettoso inviatomi per sbaglio. Sinceramente visto che gli imballi erano tutti sigillati non poteva essere un reso. Faccio notare che avevo scelto quella lampada perchè italiana ma mi vien detto che se volevo una lampada italiana avrei dovuto spendere 3 volte tanto. A mia volta faccio notare che per € 102.65 di quelle applique di quella qualità ne avrei comprate 4 in una qualsiasi catena di bricolage. Ovviamente avevo scritto anche direttamente al produttore Top Light ma ad oggi dopo un mese nessuna risposta. Complimenti. Allego foto I purchased a wall lamp mod. Cross by Top Light, an Italian company, for my new bathroom. Upon arrival of the package I immediately see on the box the writing "Not manufactured in Italy" ...? what does it mean? removed Italy can be done anywhere in the world! oh well let's move on, when I go to install I immediately notice a certain amount of bad quality hot glue as well and transparent tape to stop the electric cables (not even an electrician's tape transparent tape what you use for Christmas packages so to speak) That said it would be enough to say that € 102.65 is a huge deal for this applique but the nice thing is that the holes on the base of the lamp were wrong and I had to redo them and the ground fixing screw prevented it from even assembling! obviously no assembly instructions. ABSURD. After contacting the seller (misterlight.it site where I bought the lamp) via chat I am called back and apologizing for what happened tells me that he had spoken to the producer (Where?) And that it was probably a piece made faulty sent to me by mistake. Honestly, since the packaging was all sealed it could not be a return. I note that I chose that lamp because it was Italian but I am told that if I wanted an Italian lamp I would have to spend 3 times as much. In my turn, I note that for € 102.65 of those appliqués of that quality I would have bought 4 in any DIY chain. P	Paolo Menna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco assortito e prezzi alti. mi dispiace per la critica ma prodotti simili in negozi( sempre nella stessa zona)hanno prezzi 30-40% in meno..Preciso che io ho girato anche vostri negozi competitor(Sforzin illuminazione) e definirli di bassa qualita' solo perche hanno i prezzi migliori dei vostri e veramente triste...si faccia un giro da Sforzin a Paderno Dugnano e li vede la differenza di prezzi con una qualità superiore .Piuttosto che screditare chi vi critica , usate i suggerimenti per migliorare. Andreino ci mette passione unica nota positiva Little assorted and high prices. I'm sorry for the criticism but similar products in stores (always in the same area) have prices 30-40% less .. I specify that I have also turned your competitor stores (Sforzin lighting) and define them as low quality only because they have prices best of yours and really sad ... take a tour from Sforzin to Paderno Dugnano and see the difference in prices with a higher quality. Sulla qualità dei materiale avrei da ridire rispetto ad altre recensioni, non mi sembra assolutamente di bassa qualità anche se mi permetto di dire che il prodotto non è impeccabile nelle parti costruttive. Se la facilità di montaggio fosse oggetto di recensione la stella sarebbe una; forse l'unico vero neo, che ho trovato in altre recensioni, sono le istruzioni di montaggio...qualche indicazione in più potrebbe essere anche data. Devo dire però che ho ricevuto telefonicamente un paio di consigli utili . Given that I don't know the store, we purchased one of their products from one of their authorized dealers. L'installazione non è stata rapida in quanto ho dovuto montare e preparare i diversi cavi elettrici (sinonimo di pezzi costruiti artigianalmente). Ottimo elemento di arredo con luce calda per zona soggiorno e luce più "ampia" per la zona tavolo. Soddisfatto e pezzo pronto in una settimana. I purchased two chandeliers with 3 and 5 pendant rosettes, with blown glass and different processes (gold, bronze, chrome, amber and transparent). The installation was not quick as I had to assemble and prepare the different electric cables (synonymous with handcrafted pieces). Excellent piece of furniture with warm light for the living area and more "broad" light for the table area. Satisfied and ready in a week.
