Da stamattina alle 8.00 che provo a contattarli ed il telefono è perennemente occupato o addirittura staccato e salta direttamente la linea... Stessa cosa ieri nel tardo pomeriggio... Se si chiama la Guardia Medica è perché si ha necessità non per passatempo per cui trovo scandaloso che per due ore consecutive non si riesca a mettersi contatto!!!! Servizio assolutamente da rivedere! I don't usually write reviews, but for a public health service I think the opinions of users are fundamental ... From this morning at 8.00 I try to contact them and the phone is perpetually busy or even disconnected and the line goes off ... Same thing yesterday in the late afternoon ... If you call the Medical Guard it is because you need it not for pastime so I find it scandalous that for two consecutive hours you can't get in touch !!!! Service absolutely to be reviewed!

Anche se so che cominciano il servizio alle 10 di sabato ho iniziato a chiamare prima perché credevo ci fosse tanta gente che come me ha urgenza. Telefono sempre occupato ! Come si fa a contattare chi presumo ha staccato la cornetta del telefono per non lavorare di sabato ? Una dottoressa, gentilissima, mi ha spiegato che nelle ore di pausa pranzo, l'ambulatorio sarebbe stato chiuso per cui i medici potevano rispondere con più tranquillità. Ci ho riprovato e dopo solo qualche tentativo, mi hanno risposto risolvendo il mio problema. Ad ogni modo spesso sembra di parlare con laureandi senza alcuna esperienza piuttosto che con medici che sanno capire e gest8re le situazioni...la maggior parte delle volte invitano a recarsi al pronto soccorso senza attuare un vero filtro che eviti il sovraffollamento dello stesso. Sono stata trattata malissimo da una persona, presuppongo dottoressa, con accento dell est, che senza chiedermi età nome è problematica ha dichiarato covid. Alla richiesta di esporre i sintomi e generalità mi ga riattaccato il telefono in faccia. Ho fatto reclamo, nessuna notizia ad oggi. Letteralmente INDIGNATA. Il numero di telefono a disposizione non è MAI raggiungibile, risulta anzi occupato o staccato, e a testimonianza della recidività sono le numerose pessime recensioni, lasciate da chi come me ha bisogno di un servizio che non riceve. Mi sono dovuta rivolgere alla guardia medica di un altro comune, per un semplice consulto telefonico che dovrebbe essere messo a disposizione dei cittadini. È inaccettabile che la guardia medica di Treviso non sia contattabile, e che si neghino al servizio che deve essere reso ai cittadini. Linea telefonica con due numeri perennemente occupata , credo che stacchino la linea perché non avendo personale qualificato non riescono a far fronte a tutte le richieste .
