I do not agree with the reviews already present, as I found maximum availability in visits / recipes. Very useful for business travelers / emergencies.

Sono andato per un parere medico perché avevo battuto la tibia e avevo bisogno di sapere se fosse stato il caso di andare al pronto soccorso. Dal citofono mi è stato detto di andare direttamente lì senza nemmeno proporre ulteriori soluzioni Rudeness and air of sufficiency of the doctors. I went for a medical opinion because I had beaten the tibia and I needed to know if it was appropriate to go to the emergency room. From the intercom I was told to go directly there without even proposing further solutions

Neanche la massima dose di pazienza potrebbe bastare a far desistere dal non far intervenire i Carabinieri. Massimo disservizio: alcuna prestazione possibile finanche l'accesso ai locali pubblici. Nessuna ricetta da poter ottenere, ma solo visite a domicilio, e neanche dopo insistenze vengono a casa. Visita chiesta personalmente ma chi ha risposto al telefono ha sviato il discorso adducendo il rispetto del periodo di osservazione...il personale medico addetto è altamente scortese e qualsiasi cosa dicono, lo fanno in modo seriamente alterato. Si legge poi qualche articolo di giornale e vari avvisi apposti esternamente che legalizzano tali comportamenti dovuti alla rottura di una vetrina (casuale) dovuta all'ira che ha subito per i suddetti motivi (si legge) una paziente del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale sicuramente esasperatola dal perpretarsi di tali comportamenti. Il tutto dovuto a paventati scioperi a causa di mancate indennità di circa quattro euro.... Who needs to attend this place, it is better that you change the program. Not even the maximum amount of patience could be enough to stop the Carabinieri from intervening. Maximum disservice: no performance possible even access to public premises. No recipe to be obtained, but only home visits, and even after insistence they come home. Visit requested personally but who answered the phone has diverted the argument by citing respect for the observation period ... the medical staff is highly rude and whatever they say, they do it in a seriously altered way. We then read some newspaper articles and various notices placed externally which legalize these behaviors due to the breaking of a (random) showcase due to the anger that a patient of the National Health Service has suffered for the aforementioned reasons (it is read) certainly exasperated from interpreting herself of such behaviors. All due to feared strikes due to non-compensation of about four euros ....

Hanno dato le giuste spiegazioni alla mia problema ( ero in soc anafilattico), consigliando cosa dovrei fare dopo. Sono bravissimi. Ringrazio con tutto il ❤ la signora che ma seguito. Super satisfied with their professionalism, fast, kind and efficient. They arrived quickly, available. They gave the right explanations to my problem (I was in anaphylactic soc), advising what I should do next. They are great. Thank you with all ❤ the lady who followed.
