F	Francesco Ciardiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo il livello di questa guardia medica. Stamattina domenica 8 novembre 2020. Vado con un mal di testa enorme alle 6.30 del mattino dopo 1500 mg nella notte. Chiedo un certificato medico che puo' essere rilasciato per tre giorni e mi chiedono di attendere verso le 8.30 (cambio in atto) e me ne rilasciano uno di un giorno senza neanche prendere atto della mia CONDIZIONE CRONICA. Non mi fanno neanche entrare e dal cancello parlano mentre io sono nel cortile, si prendono i miei DOCUMENTI PERSONALI. Una operatrice mi chiede la mia email gliela detto e mi risponde con aria infastidita: "FINO QUA CI ARRIVO" e controllo la email sotto dettatura ed aveva sbagliato. Faccio notare l'errore torno a casa e la mail con il certificato non e' arrivato. Pessima la comunicazione, assente la diagnosi della mia condizione cronica, una orribile attitudine verso il prossimo. Meno di una stella non si riesce a mettere. Bad level of this medical guard. This morning Sunday 8th November 2020. I'm going with a huge headache at 6.30am after 1500mg in the night. I ask for a medical certificate that can be issued for three days and they ask me to wait around 8.30 (change in progress) and they issue me one for a day without even taking note of my CHRONIC CONDITION. They don't even let me in and from the gate they talk while I'm in the courtyard, they take my PERSONAL DOCUMENTS. An operator asks me for my email I told her and replies with an annoyed air: "UNTIL I GET THERE" and I check the email under dictation and she was wrong. I point out the error. I come home and the email with the certificate has not arrived. Bad communication, no diagnosis of my chronic condition, a horrible attitude towards others. Less than one star cannot be placed.

A	Astra Bilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente un call center, danno solo consigli per telefono, non vengono a visitarti neanche se stai morendo, pretendono che anche se stai male vada da loro. Sono la vera causa dell 'intasamenti del pronto soccorso. Altro che giuramento d' Ippocrate questi lo fanno solo per soldi! Basically a call center, they only give advice by phone, they don't come to visit you even if you are dying, they expect that even if you are sick you go to them. They are the real cause of the emergency room clogging. Other than Hippocratic oath these do it only for money!
