Pessimo servizio avendo un problema con mio papà il catetere vescicale è uscito chiamo il dottore della guardia medica prima mi dice se il dolore nel addome peggiore di richiamarlo che esce lui. Così faccio lo richiamo e mi dice di chiamare il 112 e di portarlo in ospedale. Non si può portare una persona con disabilità in ospedale adesso con l'emergenza covid per un inserimento di un catetere If there was the possibility of putting less than a star I put it. Visita al telefono, gola con dolore insopportabile, mi chiedono se avessi le placche (manco fossi un medico) e se avessi febbre. Dopo di che consiglio di prendere antidolorifico per 2/3 giorni (ho preso già 12 bustine di oki). Domani vado dal medico che ho la ghiandola lato sx grande quanto una pallina da Ping pong. Per la cronaca al cellulare non si è nemmeno presentato nome e cognome del medico, roba da matti e da denuncia. E intanto paghiamo le tasse va. Giovedì 20 settembre mi reco alla guardia medica di San Giuliano di turno e il medico non mi riceve e pertanto si rifiuta di prescrivermi un farmaco perché sprovvista di tampone, pur avendo il Green pass! Veramente pessimo servizio! It is truly shameful and inhumane. F	Fabiana Bua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA Chiamo per un forte mal di gola e tosse secca, il medico risponde, un po’ scocciato tra l’altro, e mi chiede i sintomi… li elenco; ad un certo punto mi interrompe dicendomi che devo far un tampone, rispondo che esso è già stato fatto e il risultato è negativo, mi rimbecca dicendo che devo fare anche quello molecolare, in seguito io chiedo gentilmente se possa prescrivermi un antibiotico e il signor ‘Dottore’ risponde che non fanno ricette telematiche e che devo sentire il mio medico di base, io rispondo che è venerdì e che dovrei aspettar fino a lunedì ma che io sto male adesso… il grande medico allora mi dice che mi sono ‘svegliata’ troppo tardi a chiamare e che dovevo farlo prima. In seguito… ha messo giù la chiamata. GRANDE SERVIZIO DIREI.
