★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucine molto belle e di qualità, era da tanto tempo che volevo arredare la mia cucina e mi sentivo nel posto giusto. Arrivati ci ha accolto un arredatore che non ci ha messo a nostro agio ma anzi, ogni idea che avevamo è stata scartata in malo modo (sicuramente ne sapeva più di noi ma ci sono modi e modi di dire le cose). Doveva essere un bel momento essendo la mia prima cucina ma ci ha fatto uscire dal negozio con tanta amarezza.
A volte un sorriso e l’educazione vendono più di tutto il resto.
 Very nice and quality kitchens, I have wanted to furnish my kitchen for a long time and I felt in the right place. When we arrived, an interior designer welcomed us and he did not put us at ease but rather, every idea we had was badly discarded (he certainly knew more than us but there are ways and ways of saying things). It must have been a good time being my first kitchen but it made us leave the shop with such bitterness.
Sometimes a smile and education sell more than anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scortesia e l'atteggiamento respingente e saccente dell'arredatore lasciano allibiti. Un bel momento come l'acquisto di una nuova cucina si è trasformato in un episodio a dir poco irritante. Peccato... Gualtieri rifletta... Le vostre cucine a Reggio sono reperibili anche da altri mobilieri.

The rudeness and the rejecting and pedantic attitude of the interior designer leave you stunned. A nice moment like buying a new kitchen turned into an annoying episode to say the least. Too bad ... Gualtieri thinks ... Your kitchens in Reggio are also available from other furniture makers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per un materasso, dopo aver chiamato diverse volte senza ricevere risposta mi sono presentata senza appuntamento. Arrivata in negozio non sono stata accolta da nessuno, ho girato sola e senza aiuto. Ho fermato una commessa chiedendo informazioni e mi è stato risposto che sarebbe arrivata subito, non ho più visto nessuno. Dopo più 40 minuti di attesa sono uscita dal negozio. Esperienza pessima!
I went for a mattress, after calling several times without receiving an answer I showed up without an appointment. When I arrived at the shop I was not greeted by anyone, I walked around alone and without help. I stopped a saleswoman asking for information and was told that she would arrive immediately, I have not seen anyone again. After more than 40 minutes of waiting, I left the shop. Bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo non è un negozio di arredamento ma uno spacciatore di sogni e oggetti di enorme bellezza. A farci un giro è difficile trovare un oggetto che non sia oggettivamente bello. Inoltre il personale è cortese e competente. Una nota di menzione a Giancarlo (mio omonimo!) che trasmette passione e competenza nel suo mestiere anche se ci abbiamo parlato a fine giornata!! Assolutamente da farci un giro
This is not a furniture shop but a dealer of dreams and objects of enormous beauty. Walking around it is difficult to find an object that is not objectively beautiful. Furthermore, the staff is courteous and competent. A note of mention to Giancarlo (my namesake!) Who transmits passion and competence in his job even if we talked to him at the end of the day !! Absolutely worth a ride
