I have been a customer for about two years, I have always found myself well. Once I had a problem with the modem and they promptly resolved it. I recommend it.

Personale scortese e sembra prendere in giro il cliente, assistenza Pessima. Unica nota positiva i tecnici i quali sono molto cordiali e attenti ad ogni problematica. Meglio recedere il contratto, per quel che costa poi. Mica lo regalano! Every month antenna failures, modem failures, slow internet. Obviously 4/5 days a month without using the connection. Rude staff and seem to make fun of the customer, Bad service. The only positive note are the technicians who are very friendly and attentive to every problem. Better to withdraw from the contract, for what it costs later. They don't give it away!

Ho riscontrato tecnici molto professionali e ho sempre avuto un assistenza eccelsa. Qualche mese fa riscontravo problemi di connessione, mi hanno suggerito di sostituire il router e nonostante fossi molto scettica ho deciso di fidarmi prendendo da loro quello a noleggio con solo 2€ in più (prezzo onestissimo dato che mi forniscono qualsiasi tipo di assistenza anche sul router) e devo dire che ho fatto benissimo ad ascoltarli perchè adesso non ho assolutamente nessun tipo di problema. L'ufficio è sempre disponibile e hanno una raggiungibilità, oltre che telefonica, anche sui social h24.. per il prezzo e il servizio sinceramente non so se riuscirei mai a trovare di meglio! Do 5 stelle perchè non posso metterne di più ? I have activated the service in radio waves at 30 megs .. I get 35 (I would not add anything else). I have met very professional technicians and I have always had excellent assistance. A few months ago I was experiencing connection problems, they suggested that I replace the router and although I was very skeptical I decided to trust them by taking the rental one from them with only € 2 more (very honest price since they provide me with any kind of assistance even on the router ) and I must say that I did very well to listen to them because now I have absolutely no problem whatsoever. The office is always available and they are reachable, as well as by telephone, even on social networks h24 .. for the price and the service I honestly don't know if I would ever be able to find better! I give 5 stars because I can't put more ?
A	Aleandra Disau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da un paio di anni ... se ho un problema chiamo e subito risolvono.. la mia linea era lenta perché abito in una zona dove ci sono le montagne quando hanno fatto il sopralluogo mi dissero che non sarebbe stato al 100% ma ero al 70 ... ho fatto aumentare i giga... non ho mai avuto nessun problema anche se non ero al 100% !! La linea va ke è una bomba! Grazie sempre! I have been a customer for a couple of years ... if I have a problem I call and they immediately solve ... my line was slow because I live in an area where there are mountains when they did the inspection they told me it would not be 100% but I was at 70 ... I increased the gig ... I never had any problem even if I was not at 100% !! The line goes ke is a bomb! Thanks always!

Addirittura si sono accreditati per il Voucher per le aziende aspettando con ansia di aderire alla loro offerta non appena sarà pronta. Operatore consigliato se si vuole spendere bene ed avere internet nella propria sede. Grazie per la serietà. Customer for 4 years now. Great company, stable and fast connection. I use Zoom for video conferencing and I have a great time. They have even accredited themselves for the Voucher for companies, anxiously waiting to join their offer as soon as it is ready. Recommended operator if you want to spend well and have internet in your office. Thanks for the seriousness.
