Customer reception not the best, when I pointed out that they weren't wearing dpps they got annoyed and replied unprofessionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso mettere zero stelle altrimenti lo facevo. Ferro da stiro con caldaia da 3 mesi presso questo centro assistenza e ad oggi non so ancora la natura del guasto. Contattati piu volte telefonicamente ricevendo sempre la medesima risposta "la facciamo contattare direttamente dal tecnico" (ma non li riparano li???. Sto ancora aspettando che il fantomatico tecnico mi chiami. Sicuramente in futuro mi rivolgero' altrove.
Unfortunately I can not put zero stars otherwise I did. Iron with boiler for 3 months at this service center and to date I still do not know the nature of the fault. Contacted several times by phone, always receiving the same answer "we will contact you directly by the technician" (but won't they fix them there? ??. I'm still waiting for the elusive technician to call me. Surely I will go elsewhere in the future.

NON CONSIGLIO. peccato perchè la riparazione della lavastoviglie è stata di qualità ma sono anche le piccole cose fanno la differenza,,,, poi quando non ti rispondono alle mail è indice di poca professionalità e responsabilità.
ordered a spare, a simple crank .... 12 mail 3 months and nothing .... NOT RECOMMEND. pity because the repair of the dishwasher was of quality but it is also the little things that make the difference ,,,, then when they do not answer your emails it is an indication of lack of professionalism and responsibility.
