Peccato che quando è arrivato mio figlio Gianni avesse impegni più importanti e se n'è andato. Così il taglio lo ha fatto un ragazzo ,bravino per carità ,ma trovo la mossa poco professionale e non soddisfacente in quanto effettivamente troppo caro il rapporto qualità prezzo. I called for a cut to my son I was asked who wanted the cut, I asked from Gianni so the girl gave me an appointment based on this. Too bad that when my son Gianni arrived he had more important commitments and he left. So the cut was made by a guy, good for charity, but I find the move unprofessional and unsatisfactory as the value for money is actually too expensive.

Con Gianni ho un rapporto speciale, è sempre aperto e disponibile a capire quello che ho in mente e a spiegare come adattare su di me il taglio richiesto, che è ogni volta diverso. E naturalmente, il risultato conferma sempre le aspettative!

Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso della competenza del personale. Ho chiesto di schiarirmi le radici passando dal castano al biondo, non totalmente ma con sfumature. Precedentemente, avevo già la ricrescita bionda. Ho chiesto esplicitamente di schiarire una buona parte della massa dei miei capelli, ma mi è stata fatta solo una schiaritura molto superficiale che nemmeno ha coperto lo stacco del colore precedente (vedi foto). Se faccio la coda, si vede palesemente che ho sotto la ricrescita scura. Durante l'asciugatura mi erano sorti dei dubbi, ma mi hanno rassicurato che non si può fare di più di così. Non è la prima volta che mi faccio questo tipo di schiaritura e quello che chiedo di fare SI PUÒ FARE. Basta schiarire una massa maggiore di capelli, sempre con tecnica brushing (che mi è stata fatta). Ho già avuto un'esperienza positiva in altri saloni, dove mi è stato fatto esattamente quello che ho chiesto. Un consiglio: se il cliente ha dei dubbi, non ha senso convincerlo del contrario anche perché vede con i propri occhi il risultato. Sarei stata più contenta dell'onestà del lavoro fatto mediocremente e rifatto sul momento, perché sarei uscita contenta alla fine. I was recommended this salon by a friend. Very modern and clean lounge. Sympathy, attention to the customer and kindness are 5/5 stars. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the competence of the staff. I asked to lighten my roots going from brown to blond, not totally but with shades. Previously, I already had blonde regrowth. I explicitly asked to lighten a good part of my hair mass, but I was only given a very superficial lightening that did not even cover the detachment of the previous color (see photo). If I do the tail, you can clearly see that I have under the dark regrowth. Some doubts arose during the drying, but they reassured me that you can't do more than this. It is not the first time that I have done this type of lightening and what I ask to do CAN BE DONE. Just lighten a greater mass of hair, always with the brushing technique (which was done to me). I have already had a positive experience in other salons, where exactly what I asked for was done to me. A tip: if the customer has doubts, it makes no sense to convince him otherwise because he sees the result with his own eyes. I would have been happier with the honesty of the work done poorly and redone on the spot, because I would have been happy in the end.
