Ho richiesto loro dei semplici passepartout in cartoncino per 13 stampe d'arte (alcune A4 altre A3), e visto anche il prezzo un po' sopra la media(65€) e le recensioni positive mi aspettavo un lavoro fatto bene. I passepartout, invece, fatti oltretutto con un normalissimo cartoncino da album da disegno, sono quasi tutti staccati, senza la base (quindi, oltre a ritrovarmi delle stampe con un semplice riquadro di carta appoggiato sopra, non avendo messo una base il retro è rimasto sporco, e avendomeli consegnati tutti sovrapposti il risultato è che adesso sono tutti macchiati). Senza contare che i cartoncini sono tutti di grammatura diversa.
Nonostante l'iniziale disponibilità e gentilezza, il lavoro, considerati anche i prezzi, è stato decisamente approssimativo e superficiale. E sono uno studente abituato a vederne di ogni. Questa volta però davvero una fregatura.
Unfortunately, despite the kind manners and the positive reviews, an absolutely disappointing experience. I asked them for simple cardboard passepartouts for 13 art prints (some A4, others A3), and also given the slightly above average price (65 €) and the positive reviews I expected a job done well. The passepartout, on the other hand, made moreover with a normal cardboard from a sketchbook, are almost all detached, without the base (therefore, in addition to finding prints with a simple square of paper resting on top, not having put a base, the back remained dirty, and having handed them all overlapping the result is that now they are all stained). Not to mention that the cards are all of different weights.
Despite the initial availability and kindness, the work, also considering the prices, was decidedly approximate and superficial. And I'm a student used to seeing any. This time, however, really a rip off.
