★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda non affidabile!!! Per quattro volte siamo andati personalmente in sede a chiedere se potevano fare un sopralluogo per il preventivo. Tutte le volte dicevano di sì e poi non si sono mai visti ne sentiti. Menomale che ci sono altre ditte molto più efficienti.
Unreliable company !!! Four times we went personally to the office to ask if they could make an inspection for the estimate. All the times they said yes and then they never saw or heard each other. Unfortunate that there are other companies much more efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta. Eravamo in difficoltà a casa con i tombini che sversavano e abbiamo chiamato subito il numero verde. Ci ha risposto una persona gentilissima che ha inviato subito i ragazzi a risolvere. Tra l altro devo dire che sono stati veramente educati, precisi e soprattutto hanno risolto!! Grazie ancora alla Titano!!
I was really satisfied. We were in trouble at home with the manhole covers spilling and we immediately called the toll-free number. We were answered by a very kind person who immediately sent the boys to solve. Among other things, I must say that they were really polite, precise and above all they solved !! Thanks again to the Titan !!

Spurgo nuovo con camion della segnaletica dietro a Uliveto Terme intorno alle 8:00 di mattina mercoledì 17 aprile 2019. Inoltre il call center mi ha buttato giù il telefono mentre stavo riferendo queste cose. Complimenti!
Teach your drivers to drive .. you were about to smash me while I was cycling. Purging again with signage truck behind Uliveto Terme around 8:00 am Wednesday 17 April 2019. Also the call center knocked me down the phone while I was reporting these things. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che positiva: sono intervenuti a brevissimo dalla chiamata ed hanno ispezionato e risolto il problema con grande professionalità e pulizia finale anche dei tubi. Considerando anche i due precedenti interventi a carico di altra ditta che ci avevano lasciato con più problemi di prima, consiglio a ragion veduta di rivolgersi in prima battuta a Titano!
More than positive experience: they intervened very shortly after the call and they inspected and solved the problem with great professionalism and final cleaning even of the pipes. Considering also the two previous interventions by another company that had left us with more problems than before, I recommend with good reason to contact Titano in the first instance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi ha osato votare con 3,4, 5 stelle probabilmente si era strafatto di crack prima della recensione.... assenza completa di professionalità, scarsa qualità, non si presentano nei giorni di intervento, zero puntualità; praticamente non esistono; se avete urgenze di spurghi vi consiglio il primo che passa per la via, ma non loro!
Anyone who dared to vote with 3.4, 5 stars probably got high on crack before the review .... complete lack of professionalism, poor quality, do not show up in the days of intervention, zero punctuality; they practically do not exist; if you have urgent drains, I recommend the first one who passes by, but not them!
