Nel 2010 ho acquistato e fatto installare da Gruppo Tenda zanzariere per il mio appartamento (in tutto 7 zanzariere per finestre e porte).... fin qui tutto bene. Nel 2017 ho chiesto di eseguire la manutenzione alla zanzariera della porta di ingresso perché si era rotta la rete. L'intervento mi è costato 160€.... un po' tanti direi visto che è stata sostituita solo la rete (ma non ci ho dato molto peso visto che si era rotta dopo 7 anni di utilizzo) ma i tempi di attesa sono stati veramente inadeguati :-( Nel 2018 la stessa zanzariera si è rotta nuovamente nello stesso punto ed è stata sostituita in garanzia mentre i tempi di intervento non sono stati rispettati anche in questa circostanza. Nel 2019 la stessa zanzariera si è rotta nuovamente sempre sullo stesso punto. Ho chiamato a maggio 2019 e mi è stato detto di mandare una mail con tanto di foto cosa che ho fatto senza ricevere riscontro per oltre un mese. Ho sollecitato per 3 volte a distanza di qualche giorno chiedendo che prima dell'intervento mi venissero comunicati i tempi di attesa e i costi ma ogni volta la risposta da parte della Sig. Silvia è stata sempre la stessa: devo chiedere al Sig. Nobile..... Al 4o sollecito ho detto di annullare la richiesta di intervento, che mi sarei rivolto ad un altro rivenditore e che avrei lasciato una recensione negativa.... cosa che non li ha preoccupati minimamente. Concludendo.... bravi a vendere ma pessimo servizio per gli interventi di manutenzione. Poca attenzione verso il cliente!!!! Mi dispiace ma non ve li consiglio!!! Given that I rarely leave reviews unless it's worth it like this time. In 2010 I bought and had installed by Gruppo Tenda mosquito nets for my apartment (in all 7 mosquito nets for windows and doors) .... so far so good. In 2017 I asked to perform maintenance on the entrance door's mosquito net because the network had broken. The intervention cost me € 160 .... I would say a lot of it since only the net was replaced (but I didn't give it much weight since it was broken after 7 years of use) but the waiting times are really inadequate conditions :-( In 2018 the same mosquito net broke again in the same spot and was replaced under warranty while the intervention times were not respected even in this circumstance. In 2019 the same mosquito net broke again always on the same I called in May 2019 and was told to send an e-mail with a photo of what I did without receiving feedback for over a month, I asked 3 times a few days later to ask them to come before the intervention. communicated waiting times and costs but each time the response from Mrs. Silvia was always the same: I have to ask Mr. Nobile ..... At the 4th reminder I said to cancel the request for intervention, which I would addressed to another retailer and that I would have left a negative review .... something that didn't worry them at all. In conclusion ... good at selling but bad service for maintenance operations. Little attention to the customer !!!! I'm sorry but I don't recommend them !!!
r	rettile74 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora mi mandano mail dopo che mi hanno rovinato con un cacciavite l'infisso in legno , e per lo piu' spanate anche le viti del supporto .Sono andato a parlare per dirne quattro al titolare e si è scusato telefonicamente ma in ufficio era sparito .Il secondo addirittura mi da indietro il tendalino e con aria beffarda ridendo mi da anche il buongiorno .Poi si lamentano perche' non fanno fatturato certe ditte...... They still send me emails after they ruined the wooden frame with a screwdriver, and mostly stripped the screws of the support. The second one even gives me back the awning and with a mocking air laughing also gives me a good morning. Then they complain because certain companies do not make turnover ...
